This review is just for the Amazon drop off since I didn't really purchase anything this time around. They had clear signs where the Amazon kiosk was and luckily there was no line. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and efficient. The store did look pretty clean and I got a coupon with my Amazon drop off confirmation so I might just have to go back and shop around. I usually like to make my Amazon returns at the UPS store but it's good to know I have options. I did an online purchase to be shipped to my house in November 2022, I started getting my order a little at a time. But one item I ordered was a set of 3 Anchor Hocking measuring cups. They never came and no one from the Kohls.com ever contacted me. I earned $45 Kohls cash on this order. When I got in touch with them they said the refund amount would be $20.19. Ok I did use coupons. But I checked my bank and on this one item they refunded $3.24. They took $15.00 Kohls cash off my order. I figured it out and with my big order it should of only been about $2.00 taken from the $20.00. They really screwed me over, one time my fault but there will never be another screwing!!!!! read more

Kohl's is like Mervyn's, if you remember what Mervyn's was. It's also got a hint of the soon-to-be-defunct Sears. It's a combo of name brands and lesser known stuff, giving it the affordability and selection you wouldn't necessarily find at a Macy's or Nordstroms. I'm also wondering how many other department stores I can namecheck right now. Anyone remember Gottchalks? We were looking for bedding. I know, another exciting thrill of middle class suburban life. Kohl's did get my blood flowing with a great sale, not only on bedding but almost everything in the store, including coveted electronics like Ninja Blenders. These are goodies you don't often find at 30+% off, so put that in your non-Ninja blender and blend it. What I liked the most about this Kohl's was the cleanliness. No clothing out of place, well organized shelves. It was a welcome sight when compared to my recent visit to Ross, where it looked like they had lobbed grenades at random to simulate a war zone. read more

We visited kohl's tonight and were very disappointed to see many shoppers not wearing masks . There were staff members who were not wearing their masks correctly as well. We asked a staff member about enforcing the mandatory mask rules and she informed us they are not enforcing these rules at all. Shame on kohl's . Businesses are having to close and the rate of disease is spreading uncontrolled. We all must do our part. Love shopping at Kohls!! Love how they have the online store pickup! They have a great maternity section (in my opinion) I usually shop here before I shop anywhere else because they always have sales going on, especially for children! - one thing though that I would like to add and hopefully they will change is that if someone is placing an online order for pickup please have items that are not in stock say they are not in stock. So many things wrong with Turlock Kohls . I loooove kohls but turlocks is one of the worst stores out there. They claim they have drive up but it's never available. So in that case , take it off as an option? Also , couldn't find a shopping cart to put my baby in . They don't seem to have any carts at all anymore to put your toddler/baby inside. I was desperate. I forgot to pack socks for my trip. I know my wife shops at Kohls all the time, but I'm not as familiar with the layout. After searching through the menswear area, I finally found an attendant who took me to the "Socks Wall". Too confusing, but I did find what I needed. Here's the part that makes this store great--- I was trying to check out and only had my $20 package of socks. In front of me are ladies digging through their purses looking for every coupon, % discount and Kohls cash they had. It seemed to take forever so I went to the other side of the store and found an open register. The cashier asked if I had coupons which I didn't. Instead she offered me a holiday first time purchase discount of $10. Pretty cool!. I now got my $20 package of socks for $10. Not bad. read more

I like Kohl's because it's clean and in good area, but the lines are absolutely ridiculous. Yesterday I actually left the store because the line was literally halfway around the interior of the store and I couldn't wait 45 minutes to check out. Today while I was checking out, there was no less than 25 people in line in front of me and that line continued. It wasn't until I got to the front of the line that I realized why the lines are so long. After my purchase, I was asked to pull up the Feedback survey on my phone, given the access code by the cashier to enter, and asked to leave a review prior to me leaving the store. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, I like the neighborhood it's located in, but I don't like standing in line for 30 minutes when, based on my experience today, it can obviously be avoided. read more

This was the first Kohls I ever shopped at over 10 years ago. I now have one closer to home so I hadn't been back in a while but WOW I was impressed! The store is extremely clean and organized with a much larger selection of clothes. The Sephora was big, bright and the staff was friendly. It will definitely be worth it for me to drive the 20 minutes out of my way to shop here instead of the Merced location. read more

Came in today to look at wedding rings with my fiance and waited 30 minutes, the girl didn't even acknowledge us nor asked us if we needed help. Tried to get her attention by asking if I can try a ring on and she completely ignored me and went to help a customer that wasn't even there for less than 5 minutes. I went to the shoe sale yesterday 4/19/22. Very nice selection but not many available in my size. I did find two pairs I was happy with. What I wasn't happy about is the shoe sales associate. She was busy stocking shoes. I needed help with colors and sizes, which is her job to do. Her body language was not friendly at all. I am 60 years old. I have years of public relations careers and can notice when someone feels irritated to help. It's not hard to see now days. I went here today, I been going here for years ! Kohls really is a greatly assorted. Its really clean here. Shoes are really expensive tho, even on clearance! Makeup section is awsome. Try on the perfumes (: This store pretty much has it all jewelery, mens,womens,kids, night wear, toys, cards, shoes, and even kitchen appliances. The only issue is the prices. I'm a customer to Kohls has been years and years san jose kohls I purchased shoes yesterday for my daughter and she was not comfortable so I try to return it in turlock. but I was not finding my receipt because that they try to give me only $20 back I don't know How is at Ruls 's work after I find out my receipt in my car I took the shoes are used to drop off Amazon and 25% special promotion they give me only the money that I ask what'in my 25% coupon pay so they told me no coupon anymore but like angry white horrible customer service at Turlock holes horrible I love my San jose story at Santa Tresa and blossom hill they are great even be talking to you and they make you happy calls Turlock is the worst calls ever I have ever see bad attitude staff and special customer service is worse I never walk in Kohl's in Turlock anymore and 40,000 followers I have on Instagram I will review that one for sure read more

Terrible. No one is on the floor to help you and the bathroom are absolutely disgusting. No seat cover available and I checked 3 stalls and NONE had seat covers! Disgusting. A terrible place to shop. Had to leave after 30 minutes because I could not find anyone to help. If you need help finding something, don't even bother asking because no one is there to help you. I came to Kohl's to take advantage of their Friends and Family sale this weekend. As I walked through the store, I was warmly greeted by almost every sales associate I passed by. The store is very bright, and very clean. The merchandise was neatly displayed and organized, things were not strewn all over the store like at other places I have shopped. I found some items which looked to be on sale according to the sign at the top of the display. However, the original price of the item did not match the original price on the sign. In fact the entire rack did not match that original price. I really wish there were price scanners throughout the store like they have at the Target across the street. But I did find what I was looking for, and it was on sale. I asked the sales associate if the sale price stacked with the Friends and Family sale. She said it did. Places an online pick up in store order. Got my email saying they were ready for pick up, my husband went in since his name was on the order and when they check the box was supposed to be size 8 boots what's inside is is L 7 R 7.5 two different sizes. So they check the store and no 8's.. So I'm guessing who ever grabbed them off the shelf just looked at the outside of the boxes and was too lazy to open the box and double check the sizes. So he returned the "shoes." I hate Kohls in general as it is, but now I truly despise this store. Such rude and lazy staff every time we've gone in. Today while shopping at Kohls with my boyfriend and small dog, 4 employees in 30 minutes all complimented how well behaved and cute our dog was. He did not bark, did not knock anything over, and socialized with small children around the store. After collecting the items that we wanted, we headed for the line, when one of the "managers" came over and asked me if my dog was a service dog. I said no and she told me that my dog wasn't allowed in the building. But GUESS FUCKIN WHAT. There are no signs ANYWHERE inside or outside of the building indicating that only service dogs are allowed. So I told that bitch "put a fuckin sign up then". Trashy ass company is too cheap to hang a damn sign about dogs not being allowed but they have no problem hanging signs for their stupid promotions. Will not ever fucking purchase here read more

After waiting 20 minutes in line I was charged double what the ticket price for each of the items I bought stated. Not the first time I've gotten to the checkout and the price is way higher than the tag and signage. I feel that the best way to tell if a store has got it together is to shop on Black Friday. I'm not talking about 3 am. shopping, I'm talking 9 am shopping. Everything was stocked, I saw a lot of employees everywhere stocking items that were flying off the shelves. There were two employees walking up and down the lines of people to check out to ask if they had their rewards cards and if not signing them up. Another employee was asking if people had a Kohl's credit card and if they signed up she would move them up to the line and give them a discount. I stood in line for an hour, but it was well worth it. I loved that I could use my $10 off $30 or more, my 15% off coupon, and my $5 off coupon, all at the same time. The best part is handing those same coupons to my best friend after I was done. So she could use them. We also had a mother and daughter waiting for tablets to be brought up to the register and since they waited on us to go first, we handed them over to them as well. Now if that's not the holiday spirit then I don't know what is. read more

ARE KHOLS CASHIERS SEXISTS? I go often and enjoy the shopping experience with KHOLS. However, my husband (btw, he loves shopping) never gets the same benefits I do from the cashiers when he's shopping. At first I thought, he's exaggerating, he isn't being his normal charming self, so these cashiers aren't getting the benefit of the doubt. Then, I watched it first hand and it was truE! At least 3 other women in front of him were asked if they would like to scratch a coupon scratcher to see what they're discount could be. As he's standing in line, I'm behind by 2 other women and I watch as he's called next and I can't hear a single word, but as I watch, he isn't scratching anything and he's socializing and the lady is smiling...but nothing. I however am asked to scratch, for coupons for discounts and given plenty of opportunities. He was very disappointed and reminded me that this happens to him ALL THE TIME! read more
