Crappy store w even crappier customer service. Second time i go and definitely last time i go in. First time i entered this store the employees seemed like I was a nuisance and I immediately walked out upon browsing for clothes. Awkward feeling. This was the second time -- waited almost 30 minutes until I had to get down and get the order. Whomever i spoke to didn't sound helpful at all and answered with an attitude. i had no issue with the guy helping me as he was new but I called in for a curbside & The cashier who was showing the gentleman how to do it told him to tell me to wait -- but she kept on flirting with the guy she was helping. When you do a curbside you expect and hope for it to be quick. Just a FYI -- If she would stop focusing on flirting with every guy that came into the store and actually focus on helping people maybe people would probably be serviced faster and things could get done faster. read more

If I could give zero stars I would they close at 6 and the lady let some people go in after 6.When I went in she said they were closed and was rude.I told her that she was unfair for letting other people in after 6 but not me .She kept arguing with me saying that she didn't see them go in .It was a lady with ugly ear gauges and had no problem with the other two male going into the store after they had closed.I told her next time she should be in the front or close the doors when they are closed . read more

Bad customer service. While I waiting in front of the store and waved to the cashier, My daughter who is an authorized user on my account was instructed to make a purchase and they would not complete the purchase until I went to the door and waved. To make matters worse, the manager laughed at me when a customer made a smart mouth remark about me being a mom in a hurry. The upper management needs to be aware that the employees at the tilly's in Turlock need more training in maturity. We will be going back to tilly's in Modesto. read more

Came in to this store today, it was my first time there. I was greeted immediately and then followed and hounded the rest of my visit. I bought two pieces of jewelry but while I was holding them one employee asked if she could take them to the register. I will never come here again. Felt so uncomfortable. read more

Was greeted immediately... But then every corner I would turn, the employee was right there asking if I needed help or was looking for something. It sounds like great customer service until they make you feel as if you are a shoplifter. I picked up some items and the employee asked if she could take items to front. Worst Tilly's ever. Disrespectful workers and the managers ignored me and made fun of me in front of other coworkers. She did not lead with example. I asked for some assistance with shoes I had already paid for and was just trying to exchange for a smaller size. If I could I would give 0 stars to this place. I realized they were about to close so we hurried just to take a look at what they had. The girl closing closing the fences was rude. I asked if I could just take a quick look while other's finished their shopping and she said no. I could only go in if I knew what I was going to get. Maybe they shouldn't have their door wide open when closing. Instead they should close and lock. That way people can't go in.
