Kohl's is Kohl's is Kohl's. lol. Every location has the same clothes, similar set-up and same policies. I do like this location though because of the kind customer care I've received here. They've always been kind in person and on the phone (once had a lady running around looking for sandals for me for 20mins haha). You may say, "well, i'm in and out of there anyway, i dont really care about that." Well, I think it's important to appreciate when people working in retail have the energy and enthusiasm to deal with you and the lovely workers here definitely portray that every time. There's a good amount of parking here. It does share a lot with a sports bar and a huge supermarket so time your shopping. Free wifi to get lost in. I tried to use the kiosk in the back by customer service and it was completely shot and not working. After spending time at another kiosk entering another online order in and a coupon code I tried to enter a Kohl's cash that I had and the buttons were defective. They were all messed up that it wasn't typing in the right numbers and recognizing my input. It kept telling me that when I was entering was wrong. It was so frustrating they need to get this fixed. I tried to hit the assistance button on the kiosk which also wasn't working no surprise there. I exited out of the order and left the store without making a purchase. Plenty of parking in this strip mall Kohls. This Kohls is smaller then my local store but it still has a ton of items to select from. I stopped in to use my Kohls cash and found some cool unique flags to purchased. If I lived closer I would definitely check it out since I love my local Kohls. read more

Great place for great deals and a decent selection of items here. This store is always air conditioned well and there's free Wi-Fi also. The bathroom facilities are always very clean too (as far as I for the men's side). I usually can come in here get some things for a great price. I like that they've added an electronics section. That's sure to bring in more shoppers. read more

This is not a good place to shop. Employees are not friendly, knowledgeable or customer service oriented. To top it off, there are never enough registers open. The lines are always insanely long. Need to make a return? You have to walk all the way to the back of the store and wait on a different, usually even longer line. I can't say I have ever enjoyed shopping here. The only positive thing I can say about this location is that the parking lot is big. read more

What was I thinking?!? This is a disaster on wheels. I thought I'd find out about their workout clothes. The fabrics are cheap synthetics, the short sleeves are really cap sleeves, and the fitting rooms are piled deep with rejected garments. There is no help to be found on the sales floor. The only bright spot in this experience is that I didn't have to wait in that loooooong line because I left empty-handed. Life is too short. Never again! Not really sure why they don't know how to look up a product on their computer inventory when I called to see if they had a specific product available. Employees shouldn't have to go into a department and describe every color of every product in that department that they see. You either have a product or you don't. Don't make your employees try to figure it out by sorting through clothes. read more

Went to the mens Levis section, all the way from thirty x thirty to thirty-eight x thirty in the same pile! COME ON! IT HAS A LABEL OF WHAT SIZE SHOULD BE IN EACH PILE. All different colors/fits in the same pile wrong section! Even this store has broken shelfs! Asked a jewelry worker if she had a watch band an it seemed as I bothered her! If I can give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced horrible customer service through Amazon returns until today. It occurred between 1:00-1:30PM Thursday 7/7/22....since I didn't get her name. I observed 2 elderly women in front of me. The Kohl's worker handling Amazon returns did not say Hi, she was throwing items into a box, slamming things, and did not say Thank you to none of the elderly women. So I expected the same nastiness. So I patiently waited as she's still working on the packages as the women had left. She finally says NEXT.....came to the window with the package and she says in a very nasty tone PUT IT IN THE CENTER. So I said WOW. She goes "whatchu" (that's how she said it so ignorantly) saying WOW for it goes in the center pointing. I told her you are a miserable nasty person, if you hate your job so much, find another by not working with people. She says I Love my job, I said I can't tell because your so miserable and rude. She is still talking back at this point. She is so nasty and looking at the reviews of this store I am not the first person she was nasty with. You should not have a face to face job working with people if you are so miserable. I will not be returning to this Kohl's. read more

Kohl's is a great place for Christmas. They now have electronic gadgets and tree trimming items. With free pick up at store it's easy to order online and not have to stand on the long line to pay. Although the line at customer service is not too short either. I still love this store. read more

I shop at this kohl's often. At least once a week. I always know what I'm going for so I never really need help. But it's not like anyone's asks you if you need help anyway. Today for example I walk in to pick up an order I place online. I go to their newly redone pickup area which has the lockers where I would assume they keep your orders but they aren't working. So I stand at the counter. It wasn't crazy busy because it was raining buckets so it was pretty dead for a Sunday morning at kohl's. Anyway not one single person acknowledged me as I was standing at the pick up area. Finally I go up to a cashier and ask if anyone is working that area? She says "yeah someone's working there!" That's it, not a "let me call someone" or anything. So I go back because she was ringing up a customer and I didn't want to impose on their transaction. Finally about 5 minutes someone comes up and sticks her hand out so I can hand her my pick up email, and then says "drivers license" like I'm bothering her. Anyway she goes gets my stuff and just plops it on the counter. That's it! I mean I'm not asking for anyone to kiss my butt, but I worked retail for over 10 years and I know what customer service is and this store does not have it! Who hires these people? Then brick and mortar stores wonder why everyone decides to shop online?! Because your employees are rude and lack BASIC customer service skills. read more

This evening my wife spent almost 2 hours in this location picking up numerous items for herself, our children, and myself. Upon reaching the checkout, she was told that the $70 worth of Kohl's Cash that she wished to use was expired and as per corporate policy they would no longer accept them as of June 1st of this year. When the cashier, who conveniently doesn't have the name on a receipt, was asked why she was never informed earlier of this taking place, the cashier stated that it was my wife's problem that maybe she should have come to the store more often prior to June 1st. My wife asked to speak to a manager and explained to the manager the situation and the manager stated "That's not our problem. That's your fault for not using them sooner." At this point my wife placed the almost $400 worth of items that she was going to purchase and placed them to the side and only purchased 7 items that were of necessity. I just wanted to let you know that the customer service your company provides is atrocious. My family will no longer be entering this location or one of your 1,100+ stores again. I feel as though in the day and age where customer service is more vital in the box store environment than ever before, where the internet marketplace has taken over it is more vital to a company's existence to keep the customer happy and keep them coming back. I am not sure if customer service and customer experience are part of the Kohl's Mission Statement and Foundation Goals but I can assure you that a refresher course is needed. It may be time for your company to get back to the things that made it what it is today, customer service focused of the customer experience. In this day and age when things are more expensive, it has always been refreshing to have a place that rewarded the shopping experience with rewards such as Kohl's Cash. But having $70 worth of it rejected is not an easy pill to swallow especially when trying to make ends meet in this economy is hard enough. Kohl's has been accepting our expired Kohl's cash for years which was great because we didn't have to rush to get to a store when we realized it would be expiring. read more

I came today to purchase a few work shirts and they not only did not have my size in any color except white, and they had an excess of sizes 16, 17, 18 stocked, even on the shelves that were marked "14-15".
