Was attempting to order online and noticed I was being charged sales tax which does not exist for clothing in my NYC county. There is no telephone number to talk to anyone so I emailed to inquire why there was sales tax and was told that due to "system limitations" on their end, sales tax is automatically charged and that I can later request a refund which will be directed to the accounting department for review and refund. Are you kidding me? Why should I have to pay for sales tax charged in error and then have to spend more of my time requesting and then waiting for a refund? Found another online scrub store that had comparable prices and they correctly did not charge sales tax right from the start. read more

I went there today to return or exchange some scrub pants that I bought because they had a rip. The manager comes up to me doesn't even greet me & immediately starts speaking down to me as to why didn't I call first, what took me so long to return them & she's never seen those specific brand have any complaints. She went on to give me a 10 minute lecture on how anyone else would call & she's never had anybody complain on this brand. I had to interrupt her and ask "can I exchange or return?" She looks at me told me to let her finish what she has to say then proceeded to keep going speaking down to me like I was an idiot for not calling first & kept refusing to let me return when I had the original receipt, was within the 60 day period & said she was putting a note in my account that I'm never allowed to return or exchange anything there again. (I have never returned anything there before) She was just REFUSING to let me return the item even when she didn't have those scrubs in stock for me to exchange. Then she went on to tell me I could buy something else in store but I would have to pay the difference. I will never go back to this place & I hope that lady has a better day than she did today. read more

Very rude woman who works there. Approached with a smile on my face and asked very nicely if there's maternity scrubs in the store anywhere since I had looked and didn't see any but figured I'd ask. The woman snapped back at me that she doesn't have them here. Only online. And slammed the pen she was using back into the pen holder after huffing at me like my question was a nuisance to her. So awful. I ordered from the website the same scrubs I always buy- same brand and style. I ordered 2 tops and a pair of pants. They said shipping was going to be 4-6 business days. I ordered on May 22 and it is June 3 and I'm missing my pants. They said they have shipped but they never sent me any sort of tracking information so I had to call and have them email me a tracking number. Ridiculous I shouldn't have to do that and its still not arriving for another day or so. My tops however arrived within a week but were the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Same product I always buy but for some reason the quality was just terrible. And to top it all off, there is no store near me (my fault) and they do not do free returns. They charge $5 which isn't terribly expensive but nowadays everyone does free returns I don't believe I should be paying just because the product sucks.​ read more

Worth the trip! I traveled here from Brooklyn to try a different store in hopes to find new styles and I got so much more! Jeannine and Vera were working and immediately greeted me and asked how they can help. I told them I was open to trying anything. They asked me what colors I liked and started suggesting scrubs from the racks for me. Both Jeannine and Vera were very helpful and knowledgeable of the scrub fits. Jeannine kept checking on me in the fitting room and kept bringing me even more styles as I was trying on stuff. I truly am thankful for these girls because I get really anxious when shopping and quickly deterred. Because of them I walked out of there with 4 new outfits and a smile on my face. Girls, thank you for making my experience a positive one. My confidence is feeling much more at ease thanks to you. I will definitely be coming back and sending all my tech friends there!! read more

went there this week because I purchased something online from the scrub and beyond website and since the scrubs were way to big I was told that I can return it at any SandB store well long story short the Spanish lady behind the counter wouldn't let me get a word in the second I said my receipt is on an email since I didn't have a paper one she kept cutting me off so I couldn't tell her the whole story and she called me a lier, a fraud, and told me that I have to come back when the manger is there because she can't make any decisions.... well what a wonderful store that has no store manager during the week... this lady has no costumer service skills whatsoever and poor English speaking skills to add to the whole mess... needless to say I will not be shopping at scrubs and Beyond any longer.... read more

PLEASE ask for Rebekah when you go here for your next pair of scrubs!! Everyone at the store was nice, but Rebekah has the patience of a saint and was so helpful. I would've walked out empty handed, defeated and sad if not for her sincerity in helping me find the right fit for me. I'm barely 5"1 and never worn scrubs before so I was overwhelmed with their impressive inventory. I think word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising so I'll definitely be sure to tell everyone I know about this place and how great they are. read more

Great place for scrubs. Definitely more for nurses since the men's section and the solid color women's section are definitely on the small side. There's a good amount of accessories, but I wouldn't recommend coming here exclusively for them, just companion purchases. The compression socks selection are definitely nice since I hate making it obvious that I'm wearing them. The store is very organized and the staff was beyond friendly. Helped by an employee named Candace who was very cheerful, knowledgeable and willing to be some form of a personal shopper. The only downfall was the sizes seemed limited, I was told a shipment had just came in and they were in the process of restocking. Today was the first time in the store. It was very clean and well maintained with COVID precautions. I was not bombarded with an over- zealous staff as I was able to peruse the store at my leisure. When I got the wrong size pants, that's when the wonderful staff kicked in! Vera and Jeannine helped me locate the proper size for me then started suggesting other colors and styles that would flatter my figure. All of the Grey's Anatomy Petite mediums fit me to a tee. We had a blast as I gave them a fashion show with every new outfit. I was able to walk out of there with 7 or 8 new pairs of scrubs . These ladies are grade A when it comes to customer care and service. I'm about 35 mins from the store but I will be back in the future for sure. Grey's anatomy scrubs are awesome and I am normally the cheap off the brand type but they are both cute, functional and decent priced for what I thought I was going to be paying! Lady was helpful in finding me shoes that are like croc,s like walking on air l. I have to refrain from wearing them all the time. read more
