He actually picked up the phone. He talked with me for about 40 minutes, explaining all the services he offers and how it would look helping my dad (and mom). He knows his stuff! Very compassionate. Knowledgeable. Caring. There are a lot of things to consider when hiring a caregiver. Legalities. Regulations. Matching a caregiver with a client. So much more. Dwight explained it all so clearly. Big one: If you have a long-term healthcare insurance policy, make sure to check the waiting period. My mom hadn't looked at the policy in years, and sure enough there was a waiting period. His advice on activating it was on point. He met with my mom and I within a week of first talking on the phone. He re-explained to my mom all the services he offers. She was able to use him for only a week....my dad returned to the hospital. And never returned home. Dwight was so supportive. Would not hesitate to call Dwight.

In previous visits all of my care was covered and therapies were chosen based on my needs. However, today I went in and after waiting for a half hour I was led to a room where they tried to sell me a care plan before I even saw the doctor. Before they had any idea what was wrong with me or attempted any treatment they tried to upsell me. This made it very clear to me that the business was a scam just trying to milk people in pain for a their version of gym membership. I will not be returning.

Every person, be they doctors, nurses, staff, aids, food service, cleaning, etc., I came in contact with was courteous and professional. There was one area that was disappointing. The food. Everything tasted as if came packaged. Nothing tasted fresh. After two full days of laying in my bed, I was taken to the physical rehab area, The therapists showed much compassion as they were working with people that had severely compromised health conditions. One of the therapists asked me, "Why are you here?". My condition did not require me being placed in such a high need facility. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I checked myself out on Friday afternoon.
