Inside is very clean and the employees are welcoming. The sourdough class was full and the group of people were so fun. There were snacks and drinks for the class and we were able to take home our starter, flour and a spatula. The teacher was great and she had some items to sell after class that she sells at the farmers market. Dr. Ennen has been getting to the root of the situation, and I'm finally improving. Dr. Ennen recommends nontoxic herbal supplements but does not push me to buy them from his office. Furthermore, he's reminded me of "free" solutions and offered coping mechanisms for managing stress, which I appreciate. I like the small office feel and rarely have to wait. The front office staff are pleasant and helpful. They can usually accommodate getting me in there when needed.

After the first visit, I was placed on some expensive supplements and went to do some bloodwork. Second appt I receive a diagnosis of long covid and put on keto. A month in I began to get intense abdominal pain. I've had diverticulitis once in my life and I was sure this was what it was. Dr. Ennnen convinced me to wait out treatment because I wanted to avoid antibiotics and I agreed. This was on a Monday. I came in 3 times this week for treatment. By Friday the pain was so bad I could barely walk and went to the er. I had a 3 mm abscess on my sigmoid colon. In hindsight, With the amount of pain I was in, I feel Dr. Ennen should have urged me to go to the er but I trusted him. I ended up in the hospital with a picc line of antibiotics. I do not believe my diagnosis is Dr. Ennen's fault but I will say me trusting that I could wait is what increased the severity of my issue. Dr. Ennen helped me get my inflammation down by prescribing a paleo autoimmune diet since I now needed surgery. I keep seeing him through my surgery in May 2024. I'm diagnosed with various things by him and purchase more supplements. My appointments are all over the place with a bombardment of information which none of which was very helpful. He did call to check on me while I was in the hospital and immediately following my surgery. After my surgery I see him for about a month once I was healed and needing more treatment and supplements. Then a rental for a laser. I did not see any significant changes in my healing. After spending thousands of dollars I gave up on this type of treatment. I believe following this treatment plan definitely an inarguably made my condition worse. Once I stop going to appointments, there was no follow up no calls no concern. Appts take 60-90 min. I genuinely do not know how I could be diagnosed with various issues with the type of licenses that he holds. I also did not lose weight. So why such a review after years have passed? I am now at a healthy weight and I'm healed from my abdominal issues going a different route. I do believe Dr. Ennen cares for his patients, but also believe that my case was past his level of experience and expertise, and probably should've been humble enough to say that he could not treat me. I had some sort of hope he could help me and wanted to trust the process since he did help my friend in her condition. Maybe I was just a single case.

(So sweet of him) As I first walked into the room, the smell was amazing and energy was calming! I loved that. An abhyanga is a full body massage where they use warm scented oil that your skin absorbs. I truly felt like I was able to release all tension and allow myself to receive and enjoy! I was so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep. At the end of my massage I felt rejuvenated! I didn't realize how much I needed this massage until I experienced it once again. The female massage practitioner (i'm unsure how to spell out her name) I wish I did because she IS AMAZING! She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole experience. She had the perfect touch as far as how much pressure to apply. A few months ago, my friend gifted me a 90 minute Abhyanga Massage ($145 value) and it took me nearly 4 months to finally make my way here. I called to make my reservation with Tina. She was very professional and informative. I provided the gift certificate # and Tina was able to help me apply the gift certificate seamlessly. Since it was my first time experiencing this type of service/massage, Tina also gave me a friendly reminder that this service uses a lot of healing oils for the massage, so it is recommended that I wore clothes that I wouldn't mind oil residue on. Also I was emailed a reservation confirmation with the need to know information for the service. For anyone not familiar with an Abhyanga Massage, this is a full body massage with a generous amount of warm herbal oils that are abundant in antioxidants and adaptogens. This is meant to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. On the day of my service I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my first time customer forms. Tina was there that day and she offered me water or hot tea. She asked if I needed to use the restroom before my service. Just FYI - the restrooms are disconnected from their suite. For my Abhyanga Massage, I was with Tanaz. She welcomed me back to the room and we had a quick chat about what pressure I would like, if there were any areas I would like extra work on, if there were any areas to avoid, disclosure about the use of oils, and all the usual. The in-person facility, the process, and the on-site staff were truly fantastic--especially the professional who administered the IV and the front desk staff. They were wonderful. However, the telehealth nurse consultation was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had already completed all my basic information on the iPad, which should have made the identity check quick and simple--just like my friend's session, which took only a minute with basic questions about name, DOB, and allergies. Instead, the virtual nurse I spoke with acted as if she were a doctor, asked the exact same question over 5 times, and repeatedly pressed for details I clearly expressed hesitation to share. To make matters worse, when she noticed my uncomfortable response, she actually giggled and seemed to enjoy it. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and frankly bizarre. It was so bad that I genuinely wondered if I was being intentionally mocked or racially discriminated against. I couldn't believe someone could act this way in a healthcare setting. Because of this specific telehealth nurse, I woke up this morning still feeling deeply upset. As long as there is a risk of being matched with her again, I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
