I was quoted $9k to fix it which was more than I paid for the car 5 years ago in the first place, so decided not to move forward with the fix. I especially liked that they sent me a link via text to a full written workup of everything they looked into with the car, it was even color coded to show what needed immediate attention and what I could theoretically wait to address. As someone with little to no experience with cars, they made it easy for me to understand what was wrong, and for me to share what they found with the people in my life who know more about cars than I do thanks to that digital documentation. This location offered me the most. You can get an online offer really quickly. But, I would highly suggest calling. I called to confirm the offer and set up pickup. When I did they offered $100 more than the online quote. Worth it for a call I was going to make anyway. I will say that their telephone operations uses a third party to handle everything. The level that the agents can speak English clearly and fluently varies depending on who you get when you call. So, be prepared for that and to listen intently to what they say. I ended up calling twice. And it's a good thing I did because the information I got the second time about what is needed from me to make the transaction successful was much more the second time than the first. Second conversation contained valuable information I had not know it it might have slowed up the sale process. Or at least the final processes of releasing the car to them. Check was cut and ready for me at pickup. They even hauled it away. Good to note they offer more if you can or able to drive your vehicle to them or have it towed. But, for me it was worth the reduction in payout to get the tow. Still waiting on the check to clear. But, if it does and if there are no other unforeseen complications then I will be happy with using them for this service. They paid more for the vehicle than anyone else was willing to pay and so far everything has went very seamless. I will update this review should there be any other details arise worth noting. But, as it stands. If you are looking to salvage a car you need to get rid of this is a good option.
