Looks like it might be posting upside down, but that's my plasma and that's Dr. Lutfy! :-D

PRP for Golfer's Elbow - I was referred to Dr. Lutfy by a colleague of mine to help manage an issue with my elbow. I spoke to Dr. Lutfy on the phone and loved her personality immediately, even threw her some other unrelated health questions I had and she was eager to seek out the information to help or to point me in the right direction. I met the doctor at Koi Wellbeing, and was pleasantly surprised by the feeling of such a clean environment only a block from the beach (but, it is La Jolla, so...). Either way, the staff to check me in was great, welcoming and, though I was going to be dealing with needles that day (NOT a fan of needles), I felt very comfortable being there. Dr. Lutfy spent much more time than I would have expected with me. She geeked out with her sonogram on my elbow, pointed things out to me, taught me some things I didn't know, and even took a look at a shoulder that has been aching me. WAY above and beyond to this point. I had blood drawn, and as I mentioned I'm not a fan, but this was quick, and I barely felt anything. Clearly the guy is an excellent marksman with the needle, and I was finished so quickly :-) While by blood was being spun for the PRP, the doctor checked-out my shoulders (again, unrelated to my visit) and I got to know her a little better. Once the material came back, Dr. Lutfy injected the plasma into my elbow, and though I could definitely feel it, I wasn't woosy at all and it really didn't take much time at all. I am currently only four days post injection and have experienced no pain or discomfort associated with the injection. The healing time shall be much more time than the four days up to this point, but even though I have to wait to use my arm as I normally would, I am extremely happy with the service, procedure and cost associated with trying to get my arm healthy. I highly recommend Koi Wellbeing and Dr. Lutfy to anyone who may be interested in seeing if PRP injections are suitable for them. In addition, because this is the end of June 2020 (COVID), Koi also does COVID tests and antibodies tests. Since I was there I requested an impromptu antibodies test which they did for me not problem. Again, I had to have blood drawn, and again it was quick and painless!

Their confirmation email. It also does not give their phone number or address.

Coming to Source I had brain fog, migraines daily, issues with sleep, issues with digestion, low or no energy, and problems with my overall health that were causing major issues in my day to day, my career, my love life, and more. I felt quite lost and no matter how many supplements I took or protocols I tried nothing worked. Dr. Simone spent an hour and a half understanding on our first meeting understanding the core issues and roots of my problems from a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual place and helped build a detox protocol with me that included acupuncture, specific supplements, cupping, and e-stI'm treatment. She continuously checks in on me every session and has a deeper level of understanding what I need to continue to become a healthier version of myself. After 3 months working with her and her team I can confidently say I have seen MAJOR improvements in my daily energy levels, hormone regulation, and other problems. Source has become my favorite part of my week and I am extremely grateful I found this place. The care is next level and the staff is 10/10. Sarah is amazing as well and has been extremely accommodating. Thank you to the Source team, I love you guys. You have created a life long customer.

My 90-minute body massage and cupping therapy at San Diego's Sanctuary of Art and Healing with Dr. Jordan Delagrange reflected that traditional, therapeutic approach rather than a decorative or spa-oriented one. The techniques were applied in a targeted and methodical way, consistent with their original clinical purpose. This experience differs significantly from a typical massage or spa service. The focus is not on relaxation or pampering, but on addressing muscular tension, circulation issues, and areas of stagnation. While most of the session was painless, certain areas were intense where tension was present, which felt appropriate given the treatment goals. This is structured, results-driven bodywork rooted in traditional healing practices. Highly recommended for those seeking therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, or gua sha in San Diego rather than a standard spa experience.

My chiropractor scale is as follows... avoid like the plague, bad, meh, decent, solidly good, & damn near magical. Most chiropractors rank in bad to meh categories, and offer superficial adjustments after getting through their overpriced paywall of useless assessments and needless x-rays etc. Many of these also reek of somewhere between used car salesperson and cult leader (and if you've seen a few chiropractors, you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about). Enter Dr. Mark Northrup, who easily stands in the "damn near magical" category. Chiropractors of this caliber not only offer skillful adjustments, but directly target the root cause of your injury/misalignment + teach you methods to address the problem at home and to prevent it from returning. What makes Dr. Mark stand out even among top providers is his genuine and caring demeanor, completeness of his treatments (which always include stretching + soft tissue work), his ability to articulate what's gone wrong + how to fix it, his lived experience as an lifetime athlete, reasonable pricing, plus being someone I can trust to treat both my buddies along with family members like my aunt and pregnant sister. Highly recommend and an easy five out of five stars.
