After watching and listening to Alleigha Botner testify in court about her relationship with Ashley Flynn's husband and the disturbing conversations surrounding Ashley, I find the situation horrifying. Botner has been identified as a worship leader who was also involved in hiring. Hearing testimony about joking or talking about killing Ashley while an affair was taking place is deeply troubling--especially when the people involved publicly presented themselves as Christians. Whatever the jury ultimately determines about the murder itself, adultery, deception, jealousy, and joking about someone's death should never be normalized or brushed aside by a church. A Christian church should be willing to confront serious wrongdoing, protect innocent people, and hold its leaders and staff accountable rather than simply protect its reputation. If there is evidence that anyone beyond the defendant participated in, encouraged, facilitated, concealed, or knowingly lied about criminal conduct, I hope law enforcement thoroughly investigates it and allows the evidence to determine whether charges are appropriate. Ashley Flynn did not deserve to die. She deserved the opportunity to have the conversation she reportedly wanted and to live her life with her daughters and family. My heart and prayers are with Ashley's daughters and the rest of her family. I hope the truth comes out fully, that everyone responsible for any criminal conduct is held accountable through the justice system, and that churches learn from this tragedy instead of looking the other way when serious wrongdoing occurs. I also pray that Christian Life Center seriously examines whether Alleigha Botner should ever hold a position of spiritual leadership again. In my view, having an affair with a married man while publicly presenting yourself as a Christian leader is fundamentally incompatible with the accountability I expect from church leadership. Using Christianity as a shield does not erase or excuse wrongdoing. I am also deeply troubled by the testimony concerning what Botner initially told the FBI and the people that knew her and what she later disclosed Ex. If investigators determine that anyone knowingly lied to federal agents or committed another crime, that should be handled by law enforcement and the courts. I believe the Devil is real, and Christians should pay close attention when faith is used to excuse behavior that directly contradicts the values being preached. No one should be declared criminally guilty based simply on anger or suspicion; that determination belongs to the justice system. But Christians absolutely can--and should--hold their spiritual leaders accountable for their actions. Ashley deserved better. I pray for justice, truth, and healing for her daughters and family.

This church just added morning services in September 2022 at 10:30am with evening services still at 6pm. The pastor puts many hours of prayer and study into his sermons and the preaching helps you to live a better and more committed walk with Jesus! You will be more Crazy for Christ if you attend this church!!

I would not say they're a welcoming congregation. To that point, they never have enough chairs set up. While I do understand that they have to set up and take down all the chairs every Sunday until their new location is finished, it seems ridiculous to not just set up a row or two more to assure that everyone has a seat when they arrive. My last issue is-and this is a matter of personal preference-that the music goes on way too long. My prior church capped the music part of the service 15-18 minutes. Twenty to twenty five minutes is too long for my taste. I'd prefer that the message be a little longer. But again, that's me and others may feel differently. I will check out COFL next weekend with an open heart and an open mind. Hopefully I have a better experience.

The preacher said my bride didn't have a contract but when I pulled that out as well I thought she might fall over from someone from above striking her for lying..do not book with them or make absolutely sure you stay on them so they don't book your spot away for your special day! Their response was put aunt gas not been active enough since her daughters passing due to declining health and age and they " have the right of refusal " some Christian organization.
