But as for the help desk and the buisiness, I believe I was not taken care of. I was told a part needed order by the technician, and he would submit the request. I had to call and remind the help desk to request the part needed. A few days later I was told the company was no onger making parts for this fridge. So I asked can I get the part number and I will look on line and try and find it. I called twice and both times I was told the technician had the part number and she will get a hold of him. Hmmmm? so how did she reach to the manufacture for the damaged part? She never called me back again after the second call. POOR customer service.
