I understood that the products were delayed however, they are not remotely helpful when you speak to them. They frequently state that they are going to call you back however, they never do. In addition, when they did advise me that products were available and sent me to the fulfillment center, the fulfillment center didn't have the items readily available for pick up and would subsequently place the blame on the store for not sending them notice of pickup. As a result, we would be delayed at pick up or unable to pick up the item that day. I ordered one bathroom for our home from this location and, I am so happy that I chose to order the remainder of the home from Build.com. I have everything from Build.com however, I am STILL waiting for the tub filler that I ordered in February. No return phone call as promised.

That not what I payed for...In the meantime, I had to hire a plumber to temporarily install my dishwash and my kitchen sink. I have ask for DKB to reimburse me and put temporarily countertops. They told me if I payed for them. On May 6 i finally got an email from the CEO/ Nick. Asking me if everything had been taken care of I told him no. And I explained the situation all over again. And he send me a letter on all my concerns.But did not come up with any solutions. And more or less said it was my fault. So I purchased sheetrock to use as a countertop that afternoon. 4 hour later Nick email me that his team would come up to put temporary countertop in.
