I understood that the products were delayed however, they are not remotely helpful when you speak to them. They frequently state that they are going to call you back however, they never do. In addition, when they did advise me that products were available and sent me to the fulfillment center, the fulfillment center didn't have the items readily available for pick up and would subsequently place the blame on the store for not sending them notice of pickup. As a result, we would be delayed at pick up or unable to pick up the item that day. I ordered one bathroom for our home from this location and, I am so happy that I chose to order the remainder of the home from Build.com. I have everything from Build.com however, I am STILL waiting for the tub filler that I ordered in February. No return phone call as promised.

At most home improvement stores you get one or the other, but not BOTH, am I right??? Ample parking + close to entrance, enough carts available, wide aisles, great selection (more than I expected! I also didn't know they sold lighting and fixtures, so that's cool). I just wish I'd gone to F&D first because I wasted a lot of time going elsewhere.
