We couldn't get anyone to help us. We were handed a piece of paper to complete with our information. Apparently you need an appointment, however the ad didn't say that. We went there because they offer 3D drawings and design. We wanted ideas. We drove 40 minutes and turned around 15 minutes later and went home. Apparently it's geared toward contractors, not individuals. We may use them later, however our first impression was cold.

I even found a cute little mini wisk to stir my coffee. Necessity right? Ha ha The store was very clean and organized. There was a small selection of left over Christmas decor on clearance. I found a nice wok that came with some extra items that will make the perfect gift for someone I know. Some items I felt were quite overpriced, but that's my own option. Service at check out was a little less friendly and I felt like she was bothered having to stop what she was doin mg to help us. She was still polite, but not very friendly. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!…read more I gave these folks a $500 deposit in Jan of 2025 at a home show for a backyard island that would look very cool! I ensured that my document noted that the unit I wanted was dependent on HOA approval. Unfortunately, the unit was too tall for our guidelines. I have spent the last year trying to get the return of my deposit back. Literally dozens of un-returned calls, the complete run around. I finally (today!) got someone who said they would not refund the money... I would have to purchase something I didn't want. Next stop, court!

The pump was repaired and was ready for pickup as promised. The price was less than I expected. Repairs were perfect, no defects. Beats the higher-priced companies who Honda recommends: the least amount of time I had to wait with one of those companies was 8-10 weeks... one said their backlog was probably 12 weeks -- and they're @ 3-star company. Waiting three months (minimum, we were told) means that we'd get our pump back in the middle of August earliest.

It's awesome seeing what their product can look like in the future, as they have planted trees in ground many years ago! I bought a tipu from there at the same time as another nursery (more expensive) and the Richard's tipu significantly outperformed!! I bought it two years ago and it's a HUGE tree now. Just the other day I received a call back as my Hong Kong orchid had all the leaves fall off, very patient/good advice (most importantly gave hope it's not gone). Things I love at Costco:…read more *Buying quality goods in bulk that do not expire like toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, batteries, etc. *Cheap gas *Sampling products from vendors *Food court $1.50 hot dog and a soda, or taking their chicken house salad to go for a quick meal. Also love their ice cream! *Sack of avocados - great quality that don't all ripen at the same time. My husband has been directed to buy a sack every time he goes. *Produce we eat in bulk like cherry tomatoes, blueberries, gallons of Milk, eggs *Fun snack items that we indulge in like Heavenly Hunks, chocolate covered almonds, mixed nuts, and pistachios. *We love getting the salmon here, sushi to go, oh the cheese (brie, camembert, miniature slices for crackers, wafer crackers, etc. It's hard to leave here without spending more than $100 each time, so go in with your best will power. You could literally leave here with the kitchen sink (Khoeler makes a great one you can get here. LOL!) Even if you aren't a member, you can visit the Food Court and eat something on the menu. Otherwise you will need a membership card or a friend with one. It's a small $75 annual price to pay for access to solid, quality goods.

He made a temporary adjustment to the setup but clearly indicated it was not a permanent solution. No proper repair or replacement was completed at that time, despite the unit still being under warranty. On February 20th, the unit became non-functional in that it powered on but would not start or run any cycles. Upon contacting Costco for service: * The initial service appointment was missed (no-show) * A rescheduled visit took place afterward * During this time, I also received notice from Whirlpool stating the warranty had expired after one year, which contradicts the 2-year coverage presented at purchase During the follow-up visit, the same technician was able to turn the machine on but again stated there was no issue with the unit itself, attributing concerns to external factors such as household water pressure. To verify this, I contacted my water provider, who tested the system and confirmed that water pressure levels are within normal range. This matter was escalated to Costco; however, as of today (March 20), I have only been informed that they are awaiting further response from Whirlpool, with no defined timeline or resolution. Key concerns include: * Temporary rather than permanent repair of a known issue * Conflicting technical assessments * Missed service appointment * Unclear and inconsistent warranty coverage * Property damage with no accountability * Lack of timely follow-up or resolution This experience raises serious concerns regarding both product reliability and post-purchase customer support.
