I stopped in here on my quest for granite countertops. It is more of a kitchen showroom with cabinets and hardware on display in the main room. Granite slabs are in the warehouse and you are allowed to browse if accompanied by a sales associate. The employee who helped us was very friendly and helpful. They unfortunately are not able to give price quotes. Those are provided by the business you actually make your purchase at. I ultimately did not choose to purchase here. The product is fine, the price was reasonable, my problem is with the installation. Even with the laser measurements the guys had to force my fridge so hard back into it's spot that it dug into the drywall. I hope it lasts forever because I can't budge it. Even more disturbing is that one of the guys stole my rare earth neodymium magnet (the best stud finder I've ever used). I waited a year before posting this review in the hopes that maybe I just misplaced it but it's gone and I had just used it the day before these guys were in my home. I've had my countertops for about a year and a half and I wish I had gone somewhere else. I am disappointed in the quality and will probably have to replace them again at some point. Spend the extra money and get a better quality product. Coloring is off. They are stained and I have a few chips already. I thought quartz wasn't supposed to chip. read more

We had an entire bathroom remodel done a little over a year ago. The job they did was super nice, it is stunning. The workers were polite, but stained up our stairs. Elaine, our salesperson, was quick to make it right. Fast forward almost a year, and everything is shut down. Our shower tiles meanwhile are starting to pull up. Grout coming out a ton. We called once everything started opening back up, and left a message, hoping to talk to Elaine for help. No callback after two weeks, so we called back. My husband spoke with Jermaine, who said she wasn't coming back, but assured him he'd get someone out to look at it. We haven't heard anything more, even though we've called again twice leaving messages, and it's been almost a month since they've spoken. ‼STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY‼ What a horrible experience dealing with this company, never again. I don't even know where to begin. From start to barely finish, at this point we are extremely frustrated and broken down. Lack of communication from Jermaine, owner. Our cabinets had been at their warehouse for over 3 months and when it's time for installation, our wine cabinets went missing, so therefore, their sub-contractors couldn't finish the work. Jermaine stated it went "missing" and found it "sitting at their warehouse" but I honestly think he was just trying to change the narrative of the story and he forgot to order it (I was told by one of his staff that Jermaine ordered it that morning, first day of installation). The wine cabinets, moldings top and bottom and our island back panels still hasn't been finished. It's been 2 weeks now and we had been MORE than patience. Our kitchen is still not completed. This is NOT acceptable, especially paying over 15k for this. Jermaine is well aware of what's going on with our situation since he had been at our house personally. Because of his mishaps, everything got backtracked. We are renovating and hired our own contractors but they can't do more work until the kitchen is completed (see pics). The floors will be installed on the August 2nd and the kitchen is not yet close to done. I tried to connect with the "manger" but he seems very dismissive and kept interrupting me during our call this morning. This will be our first and LAST time dealing with this company. ** Oh, I would also like to add that they drop off your cabinets at curbside. The cabinets that I paid 15k for and apparently they told my husband that it would be a curbside drop off. I was at EVERY consults with my husband and Jermaine (owner) NEVER mentioned, not once, that those cabinets would be dropped off at curbside. Let alone those poor delivery boys (young adults) told us that this "happens way too often" about customers being upset about this situation. Update: 7/31/21 The contractors was supposed to be here today at 9:00am. NO SHOW. Jermaine didn't like my honest feedback about him and his company so he threatened me and my husband via phone to take this post down so they can come out and finish. I told him personally that I wouldn't unless the job is done. He didn't like my response and he became very aggressive and hung up the phone on me. Per our contract, kitchen installments is two days. I agree. Stay away. THEIR Template rep who measured my cabinets said they were exceptionally plumb, level and square. So I was surprised to find quarter inch shims on one end. Called them . Told me it was to make their seam fit. Now I have a quarter inch rise in a 40 inch run of the counter. Makes backsplash look bad. read more

First of all, KOL had many more and different choices of quartzite and granite than Thebes other 7 places we visited. Secondly, they were totally reliable, answering every call and coming to the house when we schedules. Most importantly, when the job was finished they told t they owed us over $500 because our own measurements were incorrect. We would have never known about this discrepancy. 2 days later we received a check. Last but not least, Abdul was so very polite and professional. KOL was a pleasure to do business with. Horrible experience. My counter was cut too short and they attempted to fill a quarter inch gap on each side with caulk. Unacceptable. I asked to please remove it. The men were rude, did not apologize for my complete inconvenience and left without saying a word. I never received a call from their office, instead I had to call to ask if they were going to come back out to remeasure. They said I need to pick a different granite since my selection was a "remnant" and they were not going to cut my counter from their inventory on hand. Ultimately,I had to go back to the store to get a refund of my deposit. I now have no bathroom sinks nor counter and have to start the entire process over with a new Company. Stay away. read more

We had a great experience with this company when purchasing our bathroom vanity top. The quality was good, their prices came in cheaper than two other competitors and the service was good. We did have one hiccup with a miscommunication with dimensions a but they replaced the vanity top within 24 hours at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the product and service! read more

We had our two second floor bathrooms renovated 2 years ago. We contracted with KOL Granite in Cherry Hill NJ. They did exactly what we asked them to do. Installed new counter tops over our existing bathroom cabinets with new sinks. When they were done it was a quick,beautiful, and painless. That is what you would expect from most granite companies. Though we were pleased with them at the time the true test came this year. I noticed in the master bathroom sink there was a chip that appeared in one of the sinks they had previously replaced two years ago. We called them and they made an appointment for Friday the same week. The installers actually came and not a salesman which I liked. He said that he would talk to the manager and to call him Monday. When we spoke to the manager he said they did not have the same sink and that he would have to see what he could do. We made an appointment for Friday the same week again for them to "do something". They were so worried that we would not be happy because the sinks they had now, they said were a different size. The three installers arrived as promised and they were still worried but discussed everything involved in the replacement of the sink. They did everything possible to assure me of the way it would look when they were done causing me and my wife to worry a little. When they were done, in less than 30 minutes, they brought us up to the bathroom and we were more than pleased. It looked exactly the same as the sink that was chipped. You could tell there had ever been an issue. The fit was perfect. They said they could see the difference but we could not. The treatment we got from them was exceptional. This is the best customer service anyone could ask for. They never asked for a receipt, they never argued or questioned us at all about anything. They said that they remembered us from 2 years ago. Day of installation, 4 men arrive not one speaks english, lots of pointing and grunting, they broke my sink did not finish the install, I am currently 4 weeks without a sink because no one will come out just to do sink install, I now have to remove their granite and buy an entire new counter top just so I have a functioning kitchen, do not use this company unless you like throwing your money away read more

They were simply amazing. I looked around forever for what I wanted to base the rest of my bathroom on and found the misfortune beautiful piece of granite for my sink. WORST experience with getting counters replaced. KOL installed the WRONG granite that was vastly different than the one we had chosen, but of the same shade and did not match our white cabinets. We had to point out the mistake before they fastened the stone, in which not only did the company agree the stone was different, but they knew! They tried to trick us into thinking that this was the same stone because they "dropped" the slab we had hand chosen, and had no more of the same granite. Then, we tried having them fix it and install another stone, they tried up charging us on a higher level granite, however this was the only granite that matched! In the end we chose a full refund and are now stuck waiting weeks until another company can come out and complete the project with NO counters and NO sink for that time! The salespeople blamed the poor handling of the situation in Kenan, the owner, who happened to leave the day they made the mistake because he had a "bad day"! I believe we were the ones that truly had a "bad day"! Beware of this company! read more

Went in to select carrara marble as a vanity top, pretty basic. They opened warehouse doors and said go look. No Help whatsoever! I ended up with marble that is 1 1/4" thick and it looks ridiculous!! Backsplash too.. I wish I could attach a picture! Who sells that to someone for a small vanity? Unknowledgeable sales people! $1200 wasted and new vanity looks terrible not to mention the huge flaws in the marble. Upon installation the rude workers told me it was in the marble and can't be fixed! These installation men also tore up my new walls installing the top!! Once my contractor saw it after the fact he said the marble CAN be fixed!! Kol Marble is giving me the run around currently- not willing to even come out to look at it!! They have a 1 year warranty (it has been 3 months), and don't seem to want to be bothered!! LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ! read more
