We had our kitchen countertops replaced with quartz. We didn't think the quartz we wanted was in our budget but we found exactly what my wife wanted for the cheapest that we've seen. What a win. The piece came from their supplier with a spot that needed to be replaced. Costa came out that same day personally and ordered a whole new piece. We even added a new countertop overlooking the family room. His guys even installed the brackets and everything included for a very low price. Will definitely be using them again for my laundry room when the time comes. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I searched the big box stores, and all of the other granite and stone stores in Cherry Hill, and there must be at least 5 others. This place had by far the best price and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their selection at their stone yard is quite extensive. We picked out a very unique piece of a rather common, "colonial white" granite. However the specific piece we picked out did not have any of the typical cranberry spots you see in this kind of stone. Jeff the salesman was very helpful, and when we went to the yard, we were lucky enough to deal with George, the owner. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family and we will go back to them, whenever we need granite, marble, or other stone and tile needs. read more

So after the owner saw my review, he did come thru and give us our backsplash at cost. Not installation...but all of the tile, grout, and mastic. He was very accommodating and helpful. He would not let us leave until we were happy with everything. So ... bravo George! read more

Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered a 25' piece of granite, as well as a sink and faucet for my rental property. The owner George ASKED about an additional piece of existing butcher block and suggested we replace it. When I asked if would be included in the price he said it would. When we got the template it turned out it was one square foot off of my initial estimate. An employee from the store called the next day and quoted me an additional $200 for the piece that George said he would add to the order. I called back and explained the situation to the employee, that person said I would have to call George and figure it out. I found that odd... If you work with someone, why would you have your customer call them? We did call George, and he said he would only charge $150 extra. Extra. For what he already told us he would include! With that said, we decided to cancel the order. George's reply was to tell us to find some "Chinese," to do it cheaper. OK racist. I'll do that. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased granite before from Jeff and George. I was very pleased with the results. My 80 something year old parents needed to redo their kitchen. I called all of my "people", those whom I trusted and who had done professional work for me in the past, to do my parent's kitchen. I picked the same granite for them that I had used in my home in Haddonfield - White Diamond from All Marble. - I was NOT notified the day before regarding the time of installation as promised. I called and left a message requesting a call back for time of install. - I received a call the next morning from the installers who were at the house. At their request, I gave them the code to the lock box so they could begin work. - Upon my arrival, I stayed on the side walk outside the house because the chemical smell was too overwhelming. - When they were finished, I held my breath, ran inside to see that the sink was set, the back splash was on, and the gap between the stove was correct. I ran back outside and signed the paper acknowledging completion of job. - Several days later I returned to the house and discovered that the white granite, with black and gray flecks, had rust streaks through out. The rust streaks followed a straight line from the front of the counter to the rear in 5 locations as well as multiple spots throughout. I attempted to unsuccessfully wash off the rust stains. I took photos and headed over to the Camden warehouse. - I showed the photos to the boss, George, and stated that this was not the slab I had chosen. I asked how this could be fixed. George took me to the back and asked the stone cutter, who previewed the slab with me, about these marks. The stone cutter was unable to confirm that these stains were on the slab when we previewed it together. - George then took me to the yard and showed me the variations in other slabs of granite and insisted that the marks on my granite could not be fixed and were the result of "mother nature". I insisted that these stains were rust. George stated that he was not going to "eat this job" but offered a discount if I chose to have the job redone. The slabs in the yard are stacked on their sides with metal rebar to contain them. It had rained 7 out of the 14 days between preview and installation of the granite. The granite installed was damaged. I trusted these men to be professionals. I used a poultice of Rust Out, flour & water on the rust stains. After 4 applications over a week I was able to eliminate the streaks and some of the dark rust stains. Photos are posted on the Google review of some of the streaks, as well as the poultice removing the rust, and a final photo of one of the streaks that was removed. Many of the round stains are lighter and smaller but still visible. It has been 4 weeks since my encounter with George. As of yet I have not received any contact from George or Jeff. I did not damage this granite. I did not pay a discounted price for a damaged slab of granite. These brown stains were rust - granite in contact with metal and moisture. I expected a quality product with quality service. Problems occur. An owner cannot oversee every job and every piece of material going out, however, ... HOW a problem is handled determines whether someone is a professional or not. read more

George has helped us in walking us through the entire job on our renovation from the beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable on the entire marble and granite industry and are among the oldest professionals in the industry. I like to put my money in the hands of those who are there the longest with the greatest track record and I was consistently advised by friends in the area to get in and speak with George. I was not disappointed and look forward to working with George and All Marble again for my bathroom. read more

What an experience, and not necessarily in a good way. Our whole process was filled with ups and downs. We started off by browsing their showroom in Cherry Hill. The showroom was not as nice as others, but it is under construction, so I can't say what it may be in the future. The woman Mary who works at the showroom was very nice and tried to help us as best as she could. After we saw a couple small samples that we liked we next headed over to the fabrication location over in Camden. They have a big selection of granite at this location, but it was outside and not as organized as some of the other granite yards. We ultimately decided that we were going with the "Giallo Ornamental" stone and we liked All Marble Granite & Tile's slabs the best. They also had the best price. Their prices were better than any others in the area. One thing we found out is that the price they quote you does not include the labor if you are doing an undermount sink, which was $150 extra. Although this seemed to be the norm at other places as well (they did not tell you this extra unless you asked). Once we decided to go with these guys is when everything really started getting interesting. Right off the bat the owner George and I started butting heads. He was very rude and got defensive when I asked him some questions about different aspects of the project. He was very pushy about getting a deposit right there and then. The guy Frank who did the template was very nice. When we went to approve the template the next day, George and I got into it again. Some things Frank told us would be no problem, George didn't seem to want to do. We brought in our sink so they could make a nice template for the cutout. When we told them we wanted the granite flush with the sink edge, George started making all kinds of excuses as to why it wasn't going to come out right. They default to a 14" negative reveal where the granite overhands the sink slightly. This makes it easier on them because if they are off a bit you can never tell. Then they were telling us the way we wanted the reveal wasn't the way the paper template that came with the sink had it. This was the whole reason we brought in and left the actual sink. George put up a big fuss about this, but the actual fabricator assured us he would be able to do it. Then finally came installation day. We were scheduled between 2-4 PM. When 4:00 came and went I called, and the receptionist said the installers were running late and wouldn't get there until 5:30. A heads up call to us would have been appreciated. When the installers got there, they said, "Where is the sink?" Of course it was never put on the truck. So they had to wait until someone could go back to the warehouse and get our sink. The cutout for the sink turned out pretty good, not perfect, but pretty good. The installation and the installers were the bright spot of the whole process. They worked late and did an excellent job. So in the end the granite looks great and the installation was fairly smooth, it was the whole process getting there that was not so good. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the Management at the office, the template guy, and the installers. They need to all get on the same page and maybe things would run a bit smoother. read more

Very disappointed in the service. After questioning the "standard" overhang, the owner was very argumentative and uncooperative.

This company provided a proposal for replacing granite in my kitchen. After they installed the countertop, the changed the quote for the backsplash portion adding another $1,000 to the price. The owner indicated he didn't realize their was pipes or electric behind the wall and he would have to use a thinner piece of granite which required cutting. (other vendors I spoke with said, backsplash's are normally thinner pieces and should not have been a surprise.) We couldn't use another vendor as the granite used was cut from the same lot and other supplier's granite would be a different color, so we had to use them. They insisted on being prepaid, promised a delivery date but didn't arrive for delivery. After I called, they called me back around 5:00 PM saying they were not coming until the next day. read more

I went to both the Cherry Hill location and Camden location. Both of the ladies were very nice. I emailed George three times with the specs and current pictures of two jobs and to my amazement, one response stating I would be called the next day and that never happening with two other emails ignored. I guess business is so good that my kitchen and fireplace job can be ignored. I can easily go elsewhere but amazed by this experience especially since I found the granite I wanted. read more

We just got a granite countertop installed for a new island in our kitchen. All Marble Granite & Tile Imports was very helpful during the whole process. Initially I picked out Verde Butterfly to match our existing countertops. I learned it is almost impossible to match the same color but from different lots. They took the Verde Butterfly Island back and allowed us to choose another color. They recommended black absolute. They were 100 percent correct. The island could not look any better and it matches everything perfectly in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend All Marble Granite & Tile Imports. read more

Completely remodeled my second bathroom with advice and materials from All Marble Granite & tile. Their salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the success of my two renovations. I, also, found their tiles were of superior quality, when compared to the big box stores. Jeff told me which grout, sealer, and thinset were best, and how to use them. He even, personally, delivered an order, for additional materials, to my home. He did the math on how much tiling I'd need; perfect calculating, as I was left with very little material(after breakage). He didn't try to pad-the-bill with not needed extras, as some supply companies do, and even threw in a couple of free-bees. As this was my first attempt at bathroom building, I realized information and guidance were as important as the materials themselves. My kitchen turned out great and the price was great ($2,000) for everything: granite, sink, faucet, however, I'm quite positive that the dark-haired manager has absolutely no concept of manners. I actually felt bad for the empolyees working where the slabs were kept. The manager walked around just screaming his head off and didn't seem to mind that I was in the midst of it all. Oh well, I guess it's an European thing??? My sales women, Liz & Megan, were great. Tehy extremely helpful and POLITE. I just hope their paychecks reflect the abuse they take from their manager. read more

Horrible customer service, more expensive than everyone else, they insist you pay cash. I requested an estimate for the entire job (granite countertop and backsplash for the kitchen), the contractor insisted on getting cash full payment upfront. The material supposedly for the entire job arrived on site. The installer started to mount the countertop and backsplash, it was discovered that the backsplash material was insufficient. The contractor insisted to charge me extra for the missing material and even more additional charges for installation of the missing material. The work was left incomplete. read more

I had granite counter-tops installed end of May by All Marble Granite & Tile. This is an excellent customer oriented business! They took great care to ensure my counter-tops were installed perfectly & I was considered a smaller job. And they took the time to educate me on how to take care of my "investment" purchase. Please before you buy granite counter-tops, stop in & get an estimate from them. I priced around & they were very competitive & they took the time to explain the entire process to ensure I understood the entire process. I went to their yard on Admiral Wilson Blvd & picked out my own slab of granite. They gave me starter kit with my purchase to ensure I use the correct products on my granite. I have been to other homes with granite counter-tops, they DO NOT match my beautiful granite install & they use the wrong products on their granite. I love my kitchen now & am very appreciative of the beautiful kitchen this company has given me. Thank YOU All Marble Granite & Tile Imports, Inc.
