In addition to the things one expects, they pick up all of manthing's stray "just leave it, I'm gonna wear that again" clothes and fold them neatly on the bed, change sheets, wash dishes, and do things like roll the hand towels and fold little triangles into the toilet paper. The kitchen cabinets and stove-top are cleaner than they were when we moved in five years ago. Not only that, it smells fresh as a summer breeze when they are done - no worrisome chemicals. I don't know how they do it. I honestly could not do a better job myself. We value our privacy and I can be anxious and picky and Dawn and crew have an amazingly impressive way of being ridiculously thorough without it feeling at all intrusive. We have an odd schedule and Dawn has unending patience with finding times that are convenient for us. Dawn is always available when I try to reach her, always on time, she and her crew are beyond friendly, and my dog absolutely loves them.
