I am 29 years old. I have lupus. I use marijuana for medical purposes. I can only have indica due to anxiety. I called this dispensary ahead of time because they had a special and i wanted to see if there was still indica available for it(grizzly peaks). The woman I talked to was kind and called around for me and said this location(1220 blumenfeld dr sacrameno, CA) had pure indica in stock for this special. I talked to her a total of 3 times to confirm because I was driving from out of town(40 mins one way) and I'm in the middle of a flare up, so it's a little difficult for me to get around as of right now. Once I get into the back room they showed me the indica package for the special and they proceeded to tell my the second one(cub nugs) was a indica dominate hybrid. I know that would be great for some but for me it would cause extreme problems. So I asked to speak to the manager and she was very aggressive and told me if I didn't like what she had to say then I could speak to security!? I didn't understand, I didn't treaten anyone, I didn't break any laws. She was just being hostile. I am a little sensitive at this moment because I'm being treated so poorly so from there on out I recorded what i could. In this video you can cleary hear them admitting that is was the call centers fault but yet they did nothing to fix the problem. Also another employee was involved and was apologizing and checking on me because how cruel they were. I was crying toward the end. I do not like posting a video showing me this way but I believe its necessary to shed light on the way people with chronic illnesses are being treated at these places. I unfortunately didn't get video of the first young lady who was extremely aggressive to me. But I did what I could. Also I left out names. In this video the man said she threatened me. Loved coming here. It was my first time in a dispensary ever and I was greeted with a very friendly security guard. The receptionist was also very nice and had a welcoming smile. When I got called back I was amazed at the selection and the sheer amount of products they carried. I was specifically looking for cbd products and they have it all! They have deals for first time customers that was awesome! Management was also very helpful. Had a guy come out when there was a problem with the vip not sending a text and I think his name was Dave but he sorted out the problem very quickly. Seriously, CC101 is the best. They have great products and their knowledgeable staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of people complain about the taxes since they have gone up but from what I understand there's nothing we can do about it.
