Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.
