Nice restaurant with a diverse menu selection. On nights with music, it can be a bit loud outside for me. Super cool outdoor area for seating and the inside, while small, has kind of a speakeasy vibe. Heaters were present but most seemed to be out of propane on the last chilly night we ate there. We came here for dinner. We all ordered very different dishes from the veggie bowl to a goat burger. Everything was delicious! We also tried the crab dip, crab cakes and Mac and cheese. We have been looking for an outstanding restaurant since we moved to the area about 18 months ago. We found it! This place was beyond any expectations. We made reservations for a party of 6. None of us had been here before. We will all certainly be back. We got there a bit early, so had a chance to sit at the bar. The bartender was professional and knowledgeable. We tried his specialty that evening, the pina colada martini. Great choice. Based on the brands of liquor and wines displayed, this place is first class. Between the 6 of us, we had 5 entrees, I had the grouper special for that night. Everybody was impressed with the food quality, presentation and service. We chose to sit inside due to the summer temps and humidity. Inside space is small and intimate, with the bar taking up one wall. The overall atmosphere makes for a great vibe. Prices for both food and booze reasonable for this level of food and service. Hands down, Bartletts is easiest the best restaurant I've been to in this surrounding area, including Daytona Beach, Flagler, Ormond and St. Augustine. Thanks to the team there for making my birthday celebration even better. We will be back, for both the food and some drinks at the bar. read more

Early in the morning made a reservation for dinner that evening for my wife and I for a special occasion. Late that afternoon received an email saying "Could you sit at the bar or come a little later?" I asked how much later? "We're pretty busy so you could come around 8 pm?" After hyping up the restaurant to visitors we were entertaining, we were left somewhat disappointed by our experience. Our party of 4 were served our entrees, however only 3 were presented. Somehow 1 order was overlooked or wasn't ordered, we really didn't get a straight answer. Our guest that wasn't served insisted that we all start, myself I opted to wait to start until the 4th entree arrived, trying to be a gentleman! The meal was eventually served approx 10 minutes later. To add insult to injury, our server presented the bill, then we waited a further 10 minutes for it to be picked up, then waited what seemed like a further 10 minutes before the credit card was returned. Personally, in my opinion, if you have a somewhat disgruntled customer the least you can do is complete the "checkout process" as quickly as possible, to at least mitigate the opportunity of needing to put "pen to paper" with this less than thrilling review. Saturday night dinner at Bartletts was somewhat disappointing. the lamp lollipops were okay nothing special, the chefs cut steak was cooked perfectly as asked medium rare but tough. wine was good and service was also. Not sure if it was a off night but I think going forward it's probably going to be regulated to drinks on the patio and perhaps some appetizers, we heard some good things about this place however my self and the 3 other dinner companions I was with probably will not be back for dinner or anything else an time soon. read more

My wife and I wanted a special night out to celebrate 24 years of marriage. We made reservations and were on our way there when we got a call from Bartletts saying that they had a pipe burst and they couldn't accommodate us. We first came to this place the day they opened (2 years ago?). It was a little chaotic, but good food and a cute place. Well, I was happy to see on our next visit that it was still here! I tried searching the reviews to get a feel for it with no luck. I don't know why the main description is catering and sushi. At night it's all about the bar, charming indoor seating area and outdoor patio and I didn't feel that sushi was a primary dish. We didn't have a reservation but just thought we'd stop by and take our chances (our place is very close). It was too cold for dining outside and the restaurant (very tiny) was full. The hostess said she'd check on the bar to see if there was seating. Well, that's what we wanted! Yes, 2 seats were available. It's a super cozy place and it had a very fun vibe. It appeared to be mostly locals. We had a drink and an appetizer. I mainly wanted to post this so people know that it's a cute restaurant and a fun little bar. In the nice weather, the outdoor dining area would be great! I understand there is also live music. Also, 3 days a week there is an awesome bakery!! We'll be back next visit. read more

I've been to this restaurant several times and each time it was exceptional all the way around,food,liquor and wine selections, staff,and chef. But this last time on a week day wasn't up to what I'd had before. Be aware the menu has changed along with liquor selections. The bartender was our waiter and bartender even though we were at a table. He definitely had his hands full,therefore we waited way too long for our entrees. I can understand why the liquor selection has dwindled,it must cost too much to carry so many brands. The tuna and lamb were fabulous,but the crab cake seemed more bread than crab. The potato concoction with the crab was not good at all. The key lime pie wasn't as good as I've had before. The inside tables are really too close,but the outside is delightful if the weather is right. This is a hidden gem in Palm Coast. Small very quaint restaurant with great food. The chef is well known in the area and came from a local favorite Island Grille which closed down abruptly recently in Flagler Beach after many years. I highly recommend you give this place a try. read more

Atmosphere was incredible!! Live jazz on Friday's!! Lights fans outside!!! Just beautiful!!! This was our 30th Anniversary!!! They made it extra special!!! The owner visited our table and even gave complimentary dessert, totally unexpected!! First time there but not our last for sure!! Ooh and the food to die for!! We just got back from Hawaii and honestly this was right up there with the five star hotel restaurants!!! Seafood soo fresh and cooked to perfection!!!
