He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly...he was transparent and helpful -I asked for the unit to be delivered at 10:30am this morning. The delivery crew arrived at 10:05am and worked to accommodate us when one of our outlets wasn't working -I was supposed to have the unit until 4:30pm and they picked it up at 4:45pm. Yay for the extra 15 minutes :-) -The unit was clean and in great shape -The drop off and pick up crew were very courteous and professional -Easy reservation process, delivery, and pick up...huge if you are throwing a party and are busy running around doing other things I'm very pleased with my experience with Lit Party Rentals and will absolutely use them again if we need a bouncer in the future!
