I have a rental property in Troutman and live in Concord so it's hard to find someone through word of mouth. I called Tim and when he called me back I told him what was going on with some outlets and it wasn't a big job or rush. So we set a date and I was the one late and he started working on the outside issues and was so nice about it. Then I was having him look at a flood light and it was going to have to be replaced and he said I could go to Lowes and get one while they went through all the outlets and fix them to make sure they were up to code and grounded. There were some I didn't even know were there that they fixed. He put up the new flood light when I got back changed all the flood lights around for me so they would match. Tim was great I'm very thankful that I was able to have him complete my service. I was expecting it to be a lot of money because they had to spend a lot of time going over the house since it's older and was pleasantly surprised and happy with the repair price. Tim responded to my request for service very quickly. I had asked him to assess a very old home that still had knob & tube wiring, and wanted to get an estimate on removing and upgrading to a modern system. Due to the unusual nature of the home, he spent considerable time to determine what was and what wasn't needed. He contacted me before the end of the day to let me know what he thought and gave me all details, estimated costs, and all the time I needed to ask questions (and he provided good explanations). His overall estimate came in much better than I feared it would be, and said he would work up some options to see what will best fit my budget. First i got a quote online very quickly and the owner was very friendly. I was having a tesla wall charger installed for my car. I showed them what i wanted and where.
