these were sooo good!! it was my first time trying this place, its a cute little shop but they have lots of options :) i loved the jelly filled glaze donuts and carrot juice they have there too! it was fresh and delicious, tasted like pure carrot juice. very nice people who took my order

This and Rudy's are the only 2 good spots in the area that aren't chains. I noticed the twists and bars are longer than at other spots. I really liked the thickness and consistency of the chocolate icing/iced.

We've been to this donut shop a few times now and each time the donuts are delicious and fresh. The owner is so nice and helpful and the prices are better than going to corporate donut shops. I enjoy our experiences here and I appreciate the variety in donuts as well as the sizes. I'll come here anytime I need donuts.

This shop has the absolute best donuts in town. Typically, I think that all donuts taste pretty much the same, but these donuts are special. Every one that I tried was delicious and tasted unique (in a great way) compared to the usual. I don't live super close, but I will definitely be back soon because the drive is absolutely worth it. In addition, the staff is super friendly, the prices are great, and the shop is very clean. Highly recommended!

Delicious, every time i go in! I cant wait to go back, every time I finish my sandwich. I always get the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, because I'm pregnant and can't eat cold cuts. They do do regular sandwich fillings. I love the tai tea, and the juices. Next on my to try list is a smoothie.

My whole family and I love this doughnut shop. The doughnuts are fluffy and tasty. The breakfast sandwiches are huge and yummy. Great bang for your buck! Seriously, the Starbucks in the plaza is always full. But this place has good coffee and better sandwiches/snacks and prices. From now on this is my spot in the area. Yum!

I would say they're pretty decent donuts. About 3.50 a pop, which is a little steep for me personally, but hey inflation; can't really blame them. Service was okay. We LOVE this donut place but unfortunately won't be back. We drive 50 minutes to come get these donuts because we love them so much but unfortunately the girl working there gives out mangled donuts that donut match what Kolsa's usually gives out. Our 2 maple bars had all of the frosting completely melted off of them when she pulled them out. She had others to choose from but decided to hand out gross ones. We checked when we got to the parking lot and were very disappointed but didn't have time to walk back in and say anything. If the girl serves up your donuts be sure to ask to see them because she's handing out the gross ones that are already ruined. Their donuts are good but too expensive to get ones that are already melty and gross when the donuts in the case looked so pretty. read more

Wonderful customer service and I'm so glad they're open early! I ordered a dozen donuts for my coworkers this Friday and they make so many different kinds with fun flavors and colors. My coworkers loved the different varieties I brought for them. We came here before and my partner had their maple bacon donut and it was super yummy! They were made fresh that morning too. read more

First time coming here and I regretted coming in because of the employee that was working that afternoon. This employee had such an attitude the moment we walked him he had this face that made it very unwelcoming then when asked a question he literally walked away ignoring us. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place because the ambiance and staff. The donuts were not even that great. read more

In the words of Homer Simpson: "Donuts! Is there anything they can't do?" There's a wide spectrum of quality, cleanliness, and variety in the world of donut shops; Kolsa's scores high in all of these areas and more. I've always been impressed with their creative donut designs that complement the old standards. You can tell a lot about a donut shop by ordering three things: a plain glaze, an apple fritter, and a chocolate old-fashioned. At Kolsa's, each of these is excellent-- light and fluffy, big and decadent, and balanced chocolate with cake, respectively. Additionally, this place offers beautiful donut cakes, sandwiches, and other odds and ends. Coffee? Yes, they got it, although a nearby Starbucks probably steals customers who are only interested in a cup of joe. Better get here early for the best selection... they do sell out of popular items, and cakes are a pre-order deal unless you're into long waits and sitting around. read more

Great place to Grab Nice decent Donuts. There pretty Good, and decent Size. I totally Recommend the Egg, Ham, & Cheese on a Bagel it's Fire the best. The only reason I'm giving a 2 Star, cause The owner hires bad attitude no Manner Employees. Today the person Helping us was in a really Really bad mood. She didn't want to be there at Allllllll.... Amazing pastries and amazing customer service. I got a maple bacon doughnut freshly made. Wow!! They didn't have any more so she asked if round was ok and quickly made one fresh for me. Amazing! We also got the largest croissant I have ever seen. They have more than just doughnuts too. They boba, Thai tea, and specialty coffee. Definitely give it a try! I went in there shop and there was no donuts left whatsoever and the shelfs were empty and I ordered a glazed donut and a chocolate donut and I ended up receiving a chocolate coconut doughnut instead of a glaze that's not the only bad part the chocolate coconut doughnut, was hard as a rock so I do not recommend this place very bad service read more

The prices were a little high, I paid $75 bucks for 4 dozen, which kind of destroyed a piece of my soul but at least the donuts were good. I went in the day before Christmas to pick up some gluten free muffins for my girlfriend, but they were out. I picked up some other gf desserts but the muffins are what she likes the most. I asked if they were going to be open the day after Christmas and I would come back. Turns out the owner is planning to take a very well deserved week off, so no luck. But then she aske me for my number and told me that while she makes no promises, she will call me if she happens to make some. Within two hours I got a phone call. Six GF muffins with my name on it! I ran out and we were able to enjoy them while they were still warm. Sooooo good. Not only are the baked goods fantastic, but service like that? Deserves as many stars as are in the sky. Will have to settle for five here, though. ps. The lemon cheesecake (not gf) is phenominal.

We were on our way to Oceanside from Palm Springs and looking for a local place that would offer…read morebirthday cakes for my husband's twin siblings. We picked one up, a white cake with raspberry filling and then a miniature chocolate cake along with a couple of carrot cake cupcakes for the birthday. My husband and I got a couple of pastries to try as well on the drive South. The people in the bakery were so kind and helpful. The atmosphere was wonderful. I must say that I don't think I've had a better bear claw pastry and my husband had the sticky bun pastry and both were heavenly. When celebrating the birthdays, everyone thought the cakes were terrific and I must say that the white cake was heavenly as well. We always try to shop local and so glad that we found this place open on our trip. Highly recommend and we will be back!
