Jalina was the associate that took care of us at the front desk when we checked in and she was so amazing. Not only was the hotel so beautiful but the staff was so sweet and professional as well. I had to stop by the front desk again to ask for a later check in and Luis was super accommodating. I found this hotel very clean and beautiful. This hotel had a pickleball court, two jacuzzis, a lazy river and a big pool. They had a buffet style breakfast from 7am-10am. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The parking is $15 a day but when you book with the hotel they waive the fee. When you are about to check out and write a review they let you spin the wheel and you can win snacks, drinks or even discount on the next hotel booking. I visited this hotel for an event. I ordered a drink at the bar and mistakenly left my debit card at the counter. The next day, I noticed my card was missing and logged into my banking account to cancel the card. Two unauthorized transactions had taken place; one for $40, and one for $125. I instantly cancelled the cards and contacted the hotel. The person who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and showed no desire or concern to help. I filed a police report. Two weeks later, the police station contacted me to advise that although they've tried contacting the hotel to investigate, the hotel has failed to reply to any of their inquiries or requests for assistance. I won't fault the hotel for their clientele, as I believe shady people are found anywhere. But I will fault the hotel for their disinterest in assisting with a guest concern. read more

Jalina and Luis were amazing. They both provided great customer service. My twin sister and I informed her that it was our birthday and she made us feel special. She gave us a free upgrade. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Every morning there is free breakfast on which there is a good selection and they have two rooms for you to serve yourself. The breakfast is from 7 am- 10 am. In addition, this hotel has several amenities such as Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and lazy river. It is open from 7 am until 10 pm. There is a parking fee. There is a charging port if you have a an electric car but you have to bring the adapter with you. Overall I will definitely be staying here again. read more

This hotel just off of 192 and not to far away from Disney is pretty nice and reasonability priced. I found it doing a random Google search for hotels in the area and had never heard of this one. Booking online was easy and so was check-in. The hotel smelled so good and you can smell that same scent throughout the building. All the rooms' doors were facing inside the building so I felt safe and secure. The room was clean, spacious, and minimalist. The bed was comfortable and in front of a huge web tv. They just need Youtube option on it though. Didn't use the gym or participate in breakfast. We'd get that at the parks. We did grab some water at their grab 'n go section but this is a separate charge as they didn't have it to where you can charge it back to the room...yet (that's what I was told). Had to deduct a star for the whole shower door situation and sink. Since there was no door so we had to put towels down on the floor to not make a huge water mess on the floor. Then the sink is shaped like a trough so if you're aggressive with your face or hands washing you will also make a mess on the counter. They do require a $150 deposit with your stay and the total amount is placed on hold on your card before you arrive. You'll receive the deposit is returned to you up to 14 days after your stay once they inspect the room. read more

This was our 4th stay here because of its convenient location near the parks, but unfortunately, it will be our last. The biggest issue was how my daughter and I were treated at breakfast. We grabbed a few items and two coffees to take to the car before heading to the parks. An employee chased us down, loudly told us we couldn't take food to the room, and made us throw it away, even after I explained we were going to the car. We were stopped in front of everyone, made to open our plates, and treated as if we were doing something wrong. My daughter was crying and we were both extremely embarrassed. I understand the rules, but there was absolutely no reason to handle the situation so publicly or harshly. The front desk was also disappointing and seemed annoyed whenever we needed assistance. It took three days to replace a stained sofa bed sheet. The hallways were loud throughout the night, and pool rules were not enforced. At 1 a.m., I had to call about people making excessive noise in the hot tub, only to be told security would be notified. There are also serious security concerns. Several doors do not fully lock, and people can walk directly from the parking lot into the pool/lazy river area through an unlocked door with no attendant or security present. Overall, the location is convenient, but the poor customer service, lack of rule enforcement, and security concerns make this our last stay. read more

It's not bad looking and for what you get the price is reasonable especially being very close to the parks. Couple things I didn't like was one the bathroom sink because it is very tiny, two the showe which had no pressure and no shower door. You definitely have to put a towel down near the opening to catch all the water coming out. The bed was comfy and the AC work quite well and kept the room at the temperature set. I didn't enjoy the pool or other amenities but saw people having fun. For what it is it's definitely not bad for a day or two stay. read more

Easily our new favorite hotel in Orlando. The room we booked was extremely spacious giving us a kitchen area, a separate bedroom and a living room. Which they have seperate AC units which was great. The living room couch turned into a bed. They had a washer and dryer in the unit which made things super easy. Parking is free and convenient. Amenities wise - we loved that they had a pool, hot tubs, lazy river, 24/7 gym, pickleball and kids water play area. Also a market with a lot of tempting snacks and drinks. Kompose Hotel is really nice. The rooms are modern, and the decor is really cool, but I'm here to talk about the Shrimp Burger at K Bistro. Man, oh, man that sucker was good! I expected a pile of shrimp on a bun, but this was actually chunks of shrimp bound together into a patty. Not just ground up processed shrimp. I don't know what they used to dye the bun, but it didn't affect the flavor or texture. If I'm in the area I'll stop by just for this burger. Luckily there's no charge for parking at the hotel. We discovered Kompose Boutique Hotel on Expedia, which has an impressive 9.4 rating, and we found it to be mostly accurate. The hotel operates on a "pay as you use" model, allowing guests to only pay for the amenities they need. We booked through Expedia, which included access to the pool, sauna, lazy river, and more. Our arrival was seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's cleanliness and modern decor were standout features. However, we noticed a strong fragrance throughout the hotel, reminiscent of an air freshener, which might make it less suitable for those prone to migraines. Our suite exceeded expectations, with spacious, modern, and well-designed rooms. Minor issues included ghost ants attracted to food crumbs, a challenging washer/dryer unit, and a diesel-like smell from the shower water. On the plus side, the suite boasted an enormous balcony with a great view of the pool area, automatic dark-out shades, and smart TVs with Netflix integration. The main pool area was a highlight, featuring four infrared/electric saunas, two spas, and a massive pool with a kids' water slide. However, the spa water had a strong, unpleasant odor. The lazy river was small but enjoyable, with a comfortable water temperature of 83 degrees. We did notice a lack of towels available near the lazy river, requiring a trip back to the main pool area. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced at $9, offering a decent continental spread. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and entertainment options, and it's very close to Disney World, with Animal Kingdom being the closest park. We didn't have a car. So, I was looking for a place close to Epcot. First I was going to stay a hotel across from this one. After reading reviews, I felt even with the provided shuttle, I should stay away from the place. Then, I found this one. The hotel looked clean and simple. It didn't have a shuttle but it would be a quick Uber ride to the Epcot. I am so glad that I booked this hotel. The room was clean and simple just like I saw in the pictures. The lobby was beautiful. When we checked in late at night, the room across our place had a baby crying so loud. We were tired after walking all day and needed to have a place to rest. I called a front to report it. But they said that they could move us. So, we took our belongings and moved to the different room near the lobby. I think the room was not really set up for the guests yet. Some lamps were missing from the bedside tables. But it was ok since it was quite and the beds were clean for us to sleep. The next day, the breakfast had hot food such as bacon, sausage, and eggs. I wish they had more fresh fruits. I would stay here again if I am visiting the Magic Kingdom. read more

Love that they have hard floors instead of carpets- looks and feels cleaner. Omg my stay here was luxurious . I will most definitely be back . From the time I checked in I was in awe of this hotel. Where do I start . First the service was amazing. The front desk attendant was so kind and very accommodating . She has exceptional customer service and even waived my parking fee. The view of the pool with the palm trees was so breathtaking . The hotel is clean and family friendly . I also like how affordable it was. I only paid like 120 for the night . The room itself was very spacious and comfortable . I think my favorite part was the hot tub . They have two hot tubs on either side of the pool. I was really able to decompress and relax. They are building a lazy river and I believe a gym which I will be back for . I wish they had a spa area but this was probably one of the best resorts I stayed in a while . The bar area served great food and drinks. I ordered the shrimp salad and it was so freaking good I almost ordered another one the second day. It is a bit pricey but it's expected at a hotel . The hotel itself is beautiful and the amenities are great (until the hot tub turned colors and the waterpark slide got shut down partially). The biggest issue I have was booking through Expedia and then getting double charged for my room. Then never receiving any word from the manager who apparently is never available. I can't recommend this place with good conscience which is a shame. Breakfast is lack luster but free is free. Oh yes and the part we're house keeping only takes trash out and left our door open.. it's been a rough experience. Especially with two little kids and pregnant. read more

This was my second stay in the past couple of months at Kompose Hotel Kissimmee. Stayed in the apartment room which is spacious and modern. The amenities and restaurant are great and the food is very good. The hotel is modern and clean. The location is very convenient to all major attractions. The king bed in the apartment room is comfortable but the pull out sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on - the mattress is so thin you are sleeping on springs. The front desk is understaffed with only two people working so you experience long waits for service. The elevators and elevator hallways have no air conditioning so it is very hot and this needs to be addressed. The bath supplies do not include lotion only body wash, shampoo and conditioner - they should change that since everyone uses lotion. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced at the Compass Hotel in Kissimmee, Florida, as well as the ongoing problem with receiving my refund. I checked into the hotel sometime around 1:00-2:00 AM. There were two men working at the front desk at the time. The employee who checked me in, whose name I believe was Mark (and who I was later informed is no longer employed there), began asking me personal questions about where I was from and other unrelated topics while processing my check-in. At the time, I did not think much of the conversation. During check-in, Mark informed me that he was waiving the early check-in fee. My reservation itself had already been paid online through Booking.com. I was traveling alone at the front desk, and Mark did not know that my husband was waiting in the car. Shortly after checking in and bringing my suitcase upstairs, Mark came to my room and began knocking on the door. My husband answered, and Mark stated that my card had not gone through for a $75 fee. My husband informed him that Mark had already stated the fee was waived and that the remaining charges had already been paid. Mark repeated that the issue involved the $75 fee. He was also holding something white in his hand, which added to the discomfort of the situation. My husband told him we would come downstairs shortly. At that point, we gathered our belongings and immediately decided to leave because the situation made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I went downstairs and spoke to the other front desk employee, whose name I do not know, and explained exactly how uncomfortable I felt and that I would not be staying at the hotel. I requested a refund, and he informed me that because I booked through Booking.com, he would cancel everything on the hotel's end and I would receive my refund. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my refund. I later contacted the Compass Hotel again and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Louis, who told me he would escalate the matter. Today, Louis contacted me and asked me to return his call. When I called him back, he told me that it would be an "easier process" to receive my refund if I first removed my negative review from Booking.com. I do not understand why I am being given what feels like an ultimatum in order to receive money that should have already been refunded. I checked out within approximately 10-15 minutes of checking in and never stayed at the property. My refund should not be dependent upon removing my honest review of the experience. We were so impressed with this hotel. Clean, safe, family friendly, and a buffet breakfast with a waffle station! If you're staying for a few days to visit the parks there's a washer and dryer in the room with complimentary detergent. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes, and the dining room table seats 4. There's also a rain shower and 2 big flat screens. You can't beat the price and it's minutes from Hollywood Studios. The staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

We had a great stay overall! The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located right across the street from a Walmart and surrounded by tons of gift shops and dining options. An 8 minute drive to disney parks... It was the perfect spot for our trip. Breakfast was decent. It was a typical hotel mix of hot and cold items. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working one morning .. unfortunately on the same day we had to be at a hotel hosting a Nationals dance competition. I called the front desk, and while they were responsive and sent maintenance up quickly, it took about an hour to fully resolve (they said the hot water valve needed to be turned on). That delay made us late, which was frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and comfortable. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and overall cleanliness, just hoping the hot water situation was a one-time thing! read more

I booked this place for our 12 day stay in Orlando. The reasons why I chose this place versus staying at a Disney resort hotel? Free parking, free breakfast, kitchenette, washer/dryer in room, it's new, and it's super close to all the Disney parks and about 20-30min from Universal parks. When we checked in, we were assigned to a room that something was being repaired in, so we had to go all the way back to the lobby to let them know and we were then assigned to another room. Theres elevators/stairs on both sides at the front of the hotel, none in the middle, which was inconvenient at times, especially when you're parked all the way in the back and have to carry heavy bags to your room in the middle of the third floor. We booked an "apartment" room. Room was neat, minimalist decor. I don't know who chose the wall decor but the ones in our room were ugly af. I loved having a washer/dryer in the room but wow that thing took forever to wash and dry anything. We didn't stay in the hotel much, mainly just to sleep. They have a pool/gym/sauna that we didn't get to try out. Theres construction going on in the back for a lazy river and other stuff.
