A stay at the four seasons may be pricey, but you will never get a better experience. We show up before check in, but placed on eating prior to going to the room. We dropped our bags with the front desk. When we finished our delicious meal (best spring roll I've had in my life), our room was ready. I went to the room expecting to call down to the front desk for our bags, but our bags were already in the room. I took a shower and went to go get dressed, but I noticed my dress needed mending. Found a sewing kit in the bathroom. Life saver. When we went to dinner, they were very adamant we watch the fireworks from there. If we were still dining at times a firework, we would have a private balcony. If not, there was a secondary balcony right next to us. We went out on the balcony and had the most wonderful view of Magic Kingdom. They knew we were celebrating my fiancés birthday without us saying anything. He revived Betsy wishes though out the stay. But for dinner they provided this amazing cheesecake. Every night while we were out, they came and turn down the bed, provided water and glasses next to the bed, slippers. read more

This is certainly the best hotel in and around Disney World, but that being said I would still give it four stars. The service was friendly and the breakfast was serviceable. The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels. read more

Pretty spaces in the public areas but the rooms were blah. No artwork on the walls, nothing popped except the dirty carpet. They should take a page out of the Eau in West Palm Beach with eye catching Jonathan Adler pieces. They just need to liven up the rooms. I came at the perfect time around sunset and the views from outside is amazing and if you stay till 9pm you can see Epcot fireworks and if you stay till 10pm you can see magic kingdom fireworks! My server Alan was amazing and the food was delicious got the bone in rib eye steak and the desserts that I got for my birthday was so good too and was a nice surprise!! Make sure to get your ticket validated by your server for the parking and they only do valet here at the four seasons but definitely recommend this place for dinner! read more

HB's restaurant at the Four Seasons... probably the most disappointing lunch I've had in years. Super slow service.... We ordered tuna tartar which was a nice dish. Also got the smoked fish dip. It looked pretty, but way over salted and literally severed with stale toast points, super Stale... We got two lobster rolls, terrible frozen Maine lobster all chopped up. Tasted like lobster meat that's been frozen. Oh and on stale buns. Then we got two grouper sandwiches. They were supposed to be blackened. They were like pre-cooked rubbery pucks. Horrible... My wife and I came here for her "babymoon" and I have to say the entire staff at Four Seasons went above and beyond. When we arrived they had upgraded our room to a suite and as a welcome gift had fruits, a jar of pickles (this made her smile and laugh) and a onesie for our son to be. This is our third time staying at this property and each time it has gotten better and better. Cleaning staff always was polite would say hello with a smile when we would say hi to them. Room service staff was top notch (medium rare hamburger is always my personal favorite). Their pool is fantastic and make sure to enjoy the lazy River :) read more

I came here for the wonderful St. Jude's gala and fell in love with this hotel. From the very beginning with the valet to the staff running the event, to even the concierge working one of the front desks, everyone was very kind and did everything with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning chandeliers & locations for lots of photos and memories. The staff working the event was with the hotel, and they made the whole night seamless and as wonderful as it was. The gala was very long and I came to rest in the lobby while I waited for my car, and the concierge came over to ask if I needed anything and brought over water. Amazing resort nestled in the Disneyworld main attraction area. Through Golden Oaks to the hotel displays beautiful multi-million-dollar homes and every time we drive by it is always quiet. The hotel is fabulous, and the people are very helpful and friendly and no snobbery here. It is a very comfortable resort (with lots of children). Both restaurants are great and there is also a great quick service shop for breakfast. We spent the weekend here and it was a great staycation getaway. As a gym rat, I was specifically impressed with their gym. Enjoy drinks at the pool, take leisurely walks on the grounds, hop to the parks to fancy dining with roof top views. I like the high energy, high traffic hotels that Disney resorts offer, so for me this is a great relaxing getaway to take a break from the crowds and fanfare. Pay$$$ to stay! read more

Gorgeous resort with exceptional facilities and friendly service. I stayed for two nights for a conference (appears that many business conferences are held here). There are many pools including an adults only pool and jacuzzi. Poolside service available but very slow, although perhaps it's due to off season timing. There are lots of walking trails, restaurants, amenities on the property as well. The resort fee includes access to the gorgeous spa facilities as a bonus! read more

Booked a trip with friends and the Four Seasons was selected for our hotel stay for our Disney vacation. Lobby and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Many activities on site, despite being around the corner from Disney. Service is top notch: from valets, front desk, cabana servers, to concierge, everyone goes above and beyond and is friendly. Rooms are spacious and had all the amenities we needed (nothing like coming back to your room after a long hot day and having cold water ready for you). Further, bouquet of flowers were provided because we were celebrating a birthday. I did not get to try a whole lot at the hotel (restaurants, lazy river, sports equipment, golf, gym) because all of our time was spent at Disney, but I did have a morning at the spa which was excellent. Here's the thing about this four seasons. This is the classiest hotel chain and a five star hotel and they have a EMPTY Refrigerator. There's no food there's no snacks nothing. So if I'm spending $1000 a night and I wake up hungry I have nothing to eat. read more

During my stay at visited the hotel pool, spa, and several of their onsite restaurants. The staff during my stay was accommodating and eager to please. The rooms were comfortable and the water pressure was impeccable! As for the food on site, I found some things a little overpriced (too be expected) and just okay. Want to feel like a Disney princess? Visit here! My only criticism was valet. The employees were very abrasive and hit my car into another car. I asked them not to roll down my windows and they did. You don't have an option not to valet, so I'm unsure how to navigate this in the future. Other than that, the rooms are so beautiful with sprawling views of Disney. The food at every restaurant was fresh & yummy. They have character breakfast & the characters have the cutest custom outfits on. There are loads of amenities everywhere such as sunscreen, water, gifts, games. The pool is exceptional. There's multiple pool areas including a lazy river, hanging baskets that hold an entire family, & pool games. There's an adorable coffee shop off the lobby with cozy seating inlayed into the wall. So I will just start by saying I have stayed at dozens of Four Seasons across the United States. They have been some of the best memories. This is not a Four Seasons... maybe a two seasons at best. Maybe a Hilton or a Marriott. Come to think of it I have had better experiences at Marriott sometimes. Room Service (In-Room Dining) When you make a order, the ipad they tell you to use in your room never works. So you could spend a half hour on there typing away what everyone wants, and it will just spit out a error; and I tried it in two rooms. As for the person taking the orders, "Kim", she took the order fine, but when I asked if she "had it all, are you sure you got it" she did not read it back or anything. She screwed it up 2 out of 3 days. One day they completely missed the mark left multiple items either missing or incorrect. Food quality was good, what you expect at Four Seasons. Bedding \ Room Cleanliness The bedding situation could use some attention. The sheets were not what you expect at a Four Seasons. More like Marriott quality sheets. Rough sheets, with just a basic duvet cover over the top. HVAC is not really pumping. Feels like they could do a better job to deep clean the rooms between guests. Housekeeping. I made several calls to housekeeping to tell them that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were broken. Obviously they didn't care much, I had to make that call 3 times, so took the whole trip to get it handled, third time is the charm. Two times; didn't do anything... re-occurring theme here. Not sure why they use these re-usable bottles with bags inside of them, but the whole idea of it stinks; somebody made a bad decision there. Other Four Seasons properties give you legit bottles you can dispense out of; this seems like a dumb way to control cost, not what you expect at a resort like this. Ravello (Breakfast Restaurant) The girls at the front desk they are probably the most unfriendly in the room. They care less about the guest, dont say good morning, barely acknowledge you, then took us to a table outside where the floor was slippery; we said we would rather sit inside; seemed like every request we were burdening her. She wanted us to stay outside, told us the humidity was very bad, and thats why it was slippery. I had no desire to sit outside. Just not friendly. She was not customer focused at all; but this is a theme at this place. The waiters were totally fine, actually very good. Valet I called up front to the valet to have them bring up our car, gave them the room number, and time it needs to be up front so we would not be late to reservation. She said no problem we will have it up. So far considering how things were going, I really had no faith. So walk up, no guests, 3-4 employees, no car.. big surprise right? So I told her, listen, my car was suppose to be here, name, room number, exactly what car and color(Ford Expedition Black XL) ....and what time it was suppose to be up. Being not customer focused.... and apparently not listening, all she got was the time, converted that to a tag number, and brought up the wrong car... Old Nissan Murano. Listening would go a long way here. Just seems like they are up against limited competition and the bar is very low in Orlando, so they don't send any of these people to legit four seasons training. I will give credit where its due, the pool staff, many of them are brand new, are great human beings, and very caring; they must not know anybody inside the hotel. You could see they were learning on the job, had common sense, and cared about guest experience. Is this Hotel worth the money? I guess so against Disney properties, but don't expect your typical Four Seasons experience and get ready to micro manage the people helping you, because they don't care... read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities are second to none. The restaurants on-site are also delicious (in my previous reviews). The turn-down service was truly five star (pictured). The pool setup is also one of the best hotel pools I've been to. They have a lazy river, adult pool, 2 slides, and a family pool (I may honestly be missing one because the place is massive). The service at the pool honestly was okay, but the food and cocktails were delicious! The grounds of the resort are extremely beautiful. They also have a Disney concierge on-site where you can make reservations and buy park tickets. For folks going into the park, they have a complementary shuttle service as well. I know The Four Seasons comes at a high price tag, but honestly you get what you pay for here. The experience was truly five star. read more

I recently spent a week in Orlando, FL and decided to do the whole Disney World thing as an adult. This is a beautiful hotel, and is very safe and secure. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help. From the moment you walk in everything is in pristine condition. At night you can go up to the 17th floor Capa restaurant and stand outside on the balcony and see all the fireworks from Disney, the place is surrounded by Disney and it's a great view to see the fireworks from. The reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few reasons: 1) It is very expensive... I usually judge a hotel by a few things but being the price for this hotel and the fact that it's just Orlando it seems outrageously high in comparison to other four seasons in true destination locations. It also seems like they try to extract every last penny from you for every little thing. 2) There are quite a few kids running in the lobby (it is Disney world after all) but for being the hotel it is I would expect it to not happen as often as I saw it happen. Would I stay here again? Probably... If I decided to come back to Orlando for some reason - but I don't exactly see myself coming to this specific hotel anytime soon. I do like the four seasons brand overall however this hotel specifically just wasn't "doing it" for me. read more

Imagine the HUMILIATION of being BLATANTLY Singled out at a luxury resort resort that you've spent almost $2000 a night to enjoy!!! The "You don't Belong Here" treatment is Institutionalized RACISM!!! Our first day on property, my two daughters, and I checked in to celebrate my grandson's ninth birthday. The photo is of him at the family pool area celebrating with a 3 year old and 5year old. The pool attendant set us up with the usual towels, water etc.The slides were closed that day. They loved the lazy River and the splash pad. Things took a turn for the worst the next day!!!! We were humiliated by the attendant as he questioned me about my room status!!! It was the same number of adults (3) and the children as the day before... Somehow he had made the assumption that we as the ONLY PEOPLE of Color at the pool DID NOT BELONG!!!! He tells me I need TWO rooms for the number of People !! I asked if he was Searious?? He was, imagine the embarrassment as we pulled crying children away from the pool!!! Looking around there were groups of families larger than ours and no one else was singled out and questioned about how many rooms they have!!!! The moment I have to prove my right to exist in a space that I paid a premium to be there, I no longer feel welcomed. Unfortunately, my grandson's 9th birthday was a painful reminder. The 1964 Civil Rights Act in the Hotel Industry can not create an Inclusive Guest Experience! After speaking with the 20something Front Desk Manager Taylor she also stated 3 adults +the (3,5and 9 year old) Could not be at the pool unless we had 2rooms!!! I paid my room charges another $1000.00 dollars for the character breakfast and food and drink at the pool the day before and I checked out immediately!!!!! I have reached out to GM Thomas Steinhauer (who is also the Regional Director for the Four Seasons he was unavailable, as was the director of rooms Doug. Such a wonderful experience for my first time ever visiting a spa! I absolutely loved the relaxation room prior to my prenatal massage, the hot tea setup and dimmed lights of the room was so nice to really shut off my mind for my personal time. My massage was amazing, loved the blend of oils used!!! I added on the beach stay package which was a great addition and well worth the additional cost to enjoy my visit to the resort. The beach side staff was very attentive, the offering of sunblock was a nice to have because I completely forgot my own! Lunch was plated perfect for being beachside and the chicken blt is highly recommended!! The showers in the spa are an absolute must!! The eucalyptus spray for aromatherapy was the perfect touch. read more

This is a luxoruois resort that is soooo kid friendly! The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and the amenities are so fun for the kids! There are cribs available upon request. There is a lazy river and a splash pad as well as other pools and even a water slide. The character breakfast at ravello is great. It's in Thursday's and Saturdays and you do need to book in advance. Kids under 2 eat free for breakfast and kids under 5 eat free for dinner at least at the ravello. You can see the Disney fireworks nightly as well. The grounds are beautiful as well. We love this addition to the Four Seasons Family. It's an excellent property--not as comprehensive as Hualalai as far as space and amenities, but definitely a spot where you can hunker down and get out of the chaos of the surrounding area. We always stayed at the deluxe Disney resorts before this property was built. I enjoyed being close to the parks and utilizing some of the benefits, such as transportation, the ability to charge things to my magic band, and having purchases delivered to my room. Four Seasons provides all of these perks, but with a much quieter, more luxurious experience, and not at a much higher price point. The vibe is very chill here, though very child friendly (as usual with FS). They have a kids club, separate adult and family pools, water slides, a lazy River, golf, spa, several restaurants, and a couple of cute shops. The food choices on property are all delicious. We love using the iPad to order our room service for the morning. Lickety Split is a great grab and go option for those that are capable of interacting with humans before coffee. They also have decent lunch options, as well as gelato, macarons, etc. The Lobby Bar has wonderful outdoor seating and a great menu. Excellent casual SHO ice without sacrificing food quality. Capa is a great option to watch the sun set at dinner. I highly recommend trying to eat outside if weather permits. Hubs loves playing golf there, but I'm more of a lazy river kind of girl. I can tell you the poolside service and food are excellent. I recommend the BLTA salad and the fish tacos. Hummus and veggies are also yummy. They have sunscreen so no need to BYO. All in all this is a great choice. Whether you are doing Disney or just wanting a warm getaway, this spot is a solid 5 stars in my book. We have been here twice, once for a full week, so I don't think my excellent experiences are a fluke. read more

Even though it has a very luxury feeling, the workers here did not speak like they have something up their you know what when compared to some people that actually visit this place. I really appreciate that. The pool and amenities looked beautiful. Great for families. They have a good collection of on property restaurants that is friendly for children too. There are some specials if you're booking on their own resort website such as getting a comp 200 disney gift card voucher to offset the high cost per room. You can also book this hotel through your credit card points system if you like to get a discount on the room rate. The rates start from at least 475 per night at their standard room at the lowest i've seen and gone upwards to almost 1K for a standard room on busy times. read more

If you are anything like me, you are asking yourself this very question......is it possible a hotel is worth this price for just one night? After finally just sucking it up and paying for it, I can without say absolutely it can. From the start, you can just tell there is something special about this hotel. Our family enjoyed two nights here, and before we even arrived, the service began. I neglected to make restaurant reservations on site, and the day before I reached out owning up to my mistake. No worries, they figured out a way to get me in to each restaurant, and even modified my reservation when a better time slot came available. Upon arrival, you are greeted by valet parking staff. After that, you check-in, and the service just begins to shine. Everyone is just genuinely happy you are here and go out of their way to ensure you are having the best experience possible. We head to the elevator, there is a person there to push the button of the floor you need. You get to your room, there are robes for all members of your party (including kids), and a snack waiting for you on the desk. The rooms as just amazing, massive, and modern. The coffee maker, it is an espresso machine (which I must have had at least 10 in our 2 nights there). The real star of the service is the app. You have a request or just a question, just message them and you will get an immediate answer. Multiple times during my stay, this app just continually helped me have the absolute best experience. As for the amenities, the pool and lazy river are just phenomenal. You are secluded no matter where you sit, and the staff are there to ensure you have an amazing experience. My son turned to me and said it was like they are there just to serve us and nobody else there, that is how amazing the experience really is. We had two nights of pure bliss here, and are looking to save $$ and come again at some point. The restaurants on property are just amazing, you can find tons of reviews for Capa and Ravello here on Yelp. The best way to visit DisneyWorld! Free shuttle buses take you to and from the parks. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, quiet, and very clean! The bathroom had plenty of amenities. Very comfy beds and pillows. Food was amazing throughout the resort. The property itself is gorgeous!! Fun water slides, lazy river, infinity pool, basket ball court, the list goes on! The picture is what I got in my room. Just water. Went for dinner at one of they're restaurants. Was abandoned by the waitress between appetizers and main course. Couldn't get another drink and lord knows I wouldn't be able to get one in my room. $1,500 per night? What a joke. Not what I've come to expect at these properties.
