Not at all what you usually expect from 7 brew, I have been to locations everywhere and have never had an experience as bad as it has been recently at Jonesboro. I don't know if they have had a change in management, staffing, really clueless to what has happened here but it is no longer worth it. Going and spending 7-8 dollars on a coffee is one thing, but going and spending 7-8 on a coffee and it tastes horrible and it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to remake it is ridiculous.
