Staff was informative when I asked questions and nice. The building is small with only outdoor sitting. Clean inside and out. My kids and I enjoyed our sundaes which were very tasteful.

We make the drive all the way from Byhalia, MS because we love this place. I really miss the location in Germantown because it was so much more convenient! The bomb pop is so cute and really good for summer time. I like their outdoor seating area a lot

I stopped by on this rainy day for a sweet treat to brighten it up! I got two scoops of cookies and cream in a waffle cone! I can't wait to come back and try some of their milkshakes, and when it gets warmer, I'll be back for a snow cone!

This is probably one of my favorite spots. Loves them when they started in Collierville and will continue to frequent even after they moved to Germantown. Very cool spot for a sweet treat. Snow cones, ice cream (hand scooped and soft serve), cookies, brownies, milk shakes, etc. they serve my favorite milk shake of any other place. The right consistency (which is most important) and flavor. Love their shakes. They are usually crowded BUT they get you in and get you out. I ordered the brownie sundae on my last visit. It was just ok. The brownie didn't seem as fresh as normal. I was bummed because I had been saving calories to treat myself and it wasn't a stellar meal. When you give up that many calories, you want it to be the BOMB!!!! I still would have maybe given 5 stars because they usually rock. BUT, the family in front of me had the hardest time ordering. Every time the father ordered, the reply was "we are not of that". He asked for SIX different items that they were out of. I joined in the conversation because it got to be so ridiculous. He tried to remain positive but after the 3rd or 4th item, it was kinda hard. I understand you may have an unexpected rush, but to be out of that many items is unacceptable for an established business. But anyway, this little bump will not make me give up Micco's. They really are a good, family owned spot to grab a decadent treat for yourself! Try them out.

Microsoft is always a nice stop to grab a sweet treat. The shop wasn't crowded and they were filling orders pretty quick. We walked in and were at the register in minutes. You havw a variety of options to mix and max. We chose a strawberry kiwi and a strawberry watermelon snocone. We decided to take them to the park not too far away. The cones are a nice size and relatively cheap. They don't melt as fast as others which allows you to enjoy it. Great for these hot summer days in Memphis.

Holy crap this place is magical! It's downright sinful. My husband liked the stuff I brought him enough that he devoured it all pretty quickly. I didn't even get a bite of the strawberry sno cone but hubbs liked it enough I'd get it for him again. I'll stick to the milkshakes myself since they've got such a huge variety to try. They've also got some fun names for stuff. For example, the crazy milkshakes with lots of extras added to them are called Freakshakes. They have a milkshake called the Harry Potter which is butterbeer flavored with caramel added. There were many more options but I didn't get the chance to check more out. I know I'll be back and I can't wait for the excuse to return! To Try: - Freakshake: Ultimate Brownie everything Loved: - Milkshakes: Harry Potter

Never to cold for a snow cone. Warm day in January. Go right and catch Miccos not crowded. Hurrah. We ready to order. 1 high scoop of Blie birthday cake. Hawaiian slush. S'mores slush with ice cream, pineapple snow cone with ice cream and to top it off a Grizz cookie.

Sunday Funday with the kids. Trips to miccos are always fun. The new location is beautiful.it is a lot bigger than the old place but the flavors are still the same. We didn't have to wait and the orders were prepared very quickly.

I went in with high expectations as it seems to be the only fancy spot for a long distance around. Also, I was a fan of the previous restaurant in this building, Vinegar Jim's. The service was friendly and the drinks were surprisingly good, though their cocktail menu is primarily sweet beachy drinks which I don't prefer. We started with the BBQ shrimp and burnt ends plate, both of which were excellent. My girlfriend and brother both got the Debris Samich, which I liked but they did not as the bun was rather soggy. I thought it tasted good and was happy to treat it as a knife and fork sandwich. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. I was underwhelmed because even though most of the steak was great the burnt bits turned me off. We had a few desserts, and my favorite was the butter cake. They're definitely worth a try. Good food, good prices, and friendly service.

Wait, before I go any further! The sweet tea is the best I have had in a long time. It is served in a mason jar, and it taste like it was brewed in a tea kettle by your grandma. It is a must try if you are ever in the area. On to the food! I started with the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. It comes with jumbo shrimp sauteed in a bold, buttery sauce infused with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun spices, and a hint of lemon. It comes with French bread. I enjoyed this dish even though I didn't taste much BBQ sauce. It's more like shrimp scampi if I am being honest. The bread was definitely buttery and good! For my meal I had the crawfish lasagna and collard greens for the side. The greens definitely have that southern homecooked taste. The lasagna was the start of the show for sure. I tried it because I never had it before and they did their thing! It was loaded with tones of crawfish, peppers, onions, cheese, and cajun sauce. This is worth every penny spent. I wish it was closer, I would be there weekly, lol! They have so much on the menu that I want to try. Loved my experience and I can't wait to go back!

No mass produced delivered in a #10 can packed in gross sugary syrup strawberries. No sir or ma'am these were fresh and sliced right before my eyes. Almost makes me wish I had gotten some instead of cookie dough balls. It was relatively quiet in here on a Saturday afternoon. With entrees like fried chicken and catfish, endless sides like turnip greens, white beans, and just about anything you can imagine fried, and every kind of southern pie, it's all there. The catfish is magnificent, with that wonderfully gritty cornmeal batter surrounding flaky, tender fish. The complimentary roll is also delicious! And the servers are very nice here! But there are some downsides. The fried okra, my favorite southern side dish, is actually soft and soggy. No self respecting southerner would ever make soggy fried okra. It's about the worst I ever had. And the onion rings, which are hard to mess up, were burnt black and lacked flavor. They were inedible. The cashier is rude and doesn't have time for "thank you" or small talk or a smile or even giving you your receipt when nobody else is in line to pay their bill. That's just how it is.
