AJ & Robert picks and choose who they discriminate against. they don't have control over their maintenance who also don't have any sense of urgency, professionalism and allows animals to die in the apartments. they claim to be non confrontational because they know exactly what they are doing by antagonizing the residents and can't handle being called out for their distasteful and ignorant behavior. When you leave a review or make a complaint it's the management office who is answering instead of an actual owner, leaving the number to the front desk to talk to the same people your having the issues with. these people are insufferable and something needs to be done about it. there's a multitude of reviews about this woman and her unprofessionalism, yet us residents still have to deal with her threats, lack of intelligence and people skills. Avoid this place at all cost! Claiming you taking discrimination seriously and that these people are fear for their safety is diabolical. Nothing has been done or said to these people for to initiate such a feeling UNLESS we were provoked FIRST but because we are mature enough to confront these people on the unprofessionalism or the LACK OF PEOPLE SKILLS now they are in fear for their life n they are uncomfortable. The cabinets from previous tenant looked worn, I gave them all a caring up lift. I cried upon receiving the last rental renewal as the 1st year increase was huge. Was more then some people's car payment, I knew I could not handle another one. Had my husband not died, things would have been better. I had to leave my RV travel life and find a place. I picked The Landings, it's like having a Condo. Your entrance goes directly outside. Not like most places were you have to walk down a dingy hallway. I met great people here. The pool is nice, only the pool furniture and umbrellas need help. Winds and unsupervised kids gave the pool furniture and umbrellas a run for their money. I never was able to use the Spa as it was not usable last summer. I just wish the pool was heated because it is really nice. I was planning on making this my last home, but unfortunately, I could not handle the huge rent increases every year, so if you have the money and can handle increases yearly then this is a very nice place to stay.

When he left, and upon moving out Business Office reported $0 balance. Five months later we received a statement stating that we owed $1950. Reached out to the Pueblo Regent and they referred us to the Corporate office in Florida. The Business Manager was out because of family emergency. So a new manager kept telling me as I would ask questions that she was new and didn't know. I then turned to the corporate office. After 5+ attempts to speak to someone (left messages on their answering machine) just decided that it was their problem. Three months later we received a collection notice. Again I reached out to the Pueblo Regent and tried to resolve this matter. They gave me an excuse that a cashiers check was not taken because it was of unacceptable quality. It took the company 10 months to tell us that the check wasn't accepted!!! I went the next day and had the bank reissue it. Now they want to add $135 to the account!! And it has went to collection. Poor communication and customer service!!! Will NEVER recommend this facility!!!!!!

When we moved in, everything in the unit was old and falling apart. Not much has improved over the years. They spray for pests nearly every month--even when there aren't any--and it's killed several of my houseplants, even when I move them outside on spray days. The environment inside has never felt good or healthy. The laundry room is a whole other issue. The machines are ancient, and I've had clothes stolen more than once. Because of that, I have to sit in the hot, smelly laundry room the entire time I do laundry--which is filled with rude encounters, including a resident yelling and cursing at me just for following the posted rules. The washers often malfunction and trap my quarters, and the dryers will burn clothes if you're not watching carefully. I have to clean everything before using it because I've found dog hair, crayons, cigarette butts, and even animal feces on the floor. I literally go in with gloves, a mask, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent--just to make it work. Security is another issue. Even though rent is high for this part of town, I regularly hear about neighbors getting their cars stolen or broken into. One neighbor even had gas siphoned from his truck. It's unsettling to say the least. These apartments feel neglected and rundown, and the lack of respect from both management and residents makes it worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there.

Most of the homes, if not all are NOT up to code upon moving in. And I can prove it! I've spent hundreds already, fixing issues with our home. Management will write you up for no reason. But others can allow their dogs to roam free and poop in others yards. Nothing is done about noise levels. Nothing is done about the dogs roaming free. Neighbors disrespect others personal spaces. Nothing is done about it. We own our home, and we're being threatened with eviction over a trash can being within view. But when real issues are presented, you're ignored or made fun of And called names. We have been treated very poorly by management and some neighbors. Management won't even return your phone calls, or speak to you about potential issues. But she has zero problem harassing people with health issues, or senior citizens. And writing them up. Others continue to get away with the same mundane stuff and worse, but we're written up for no reason. The property management isn't even following applicable laws, when it comes to requests of changes. According to Colorado law, you MUST GIVE AT LEAST TEN DAYS NOTICE TO REQUEST A CHANGE, WE WERE GIVEN 4...
