The staff at the front office Ashley, AJ and Robert have always been welcoming and helpful if it's in person or calling in the calls are answered and if I needed a follow up someone has always gotten back to me regarding my concerns. Going on my second year here and I'd recommend it to friends/family.

Summer of 2025 both pools were open, this year (2026) only 1 pool was open and the hot tub closed down all summer. Cars being broken into, security cameras not working, maintenance not answering issues. The dog shit and gym equipment is really not anything the management can control, but due to the rowdy folks moving in, there tends to be more shenanigans going on. The problem always starts at the top. I love the trees, grass and the location of the property, but unfortunately it is becoming a shit hole like the rest of Pueblo. So if you don't mind the misinformation regarding the "Community Amenities", like controlled access(nope), fire pit (not working), 2 pools (nope) & spas (not working), sign your lease and let the annoyances begin.

Later she calls to tell him to come pick up his deposit because the painter haven't come and she doesn't know when they will. Besides this there was such a lack of communication and when messages were left by my son (and myself) they went unanswered. Then they have the nerve to tell him he is too "needy" for them and this just wouldn't be a good fit!!! Are you serious!!!! Now we are struggling to find a new place as he has given his notice to current landlord, bought a washer and dryer (which are now in storage due to he was told he could put them in the new place and then after purchasing them he was told "no") and all in the next 5 days! Very unprofessional!!! When you are in the business of Property Management you need to return calls and be honest in your dealing with YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Lived Here for 7+ Years - Wouldn't Recommend…read more I've lived in these apartments for over seven years and I'm finally preparing to move out. From the beginning, it's been a struggle. When we moved in, everything in the unit was old and falling apart. Not much has improved over the years. They spray for pests nearly every month--even when there aren't any--and it's killed several of my houseplants, even when I move them outside on spray days. The environment inside has never felt good or healthy. The laundry room is a whole other issue. The machines are ancient, and I've had clothes stolen more than once. Because of that, I have to sit in the hot, smelly laundry room the entire time I do laundry--which is filled with rude encounters, including a resident yelling and cursing at me just for following the posted rules. The washers often malfunction and trap my quarters, and the dryers will burn clothes if you're not watching carefully. I have to clean everything before using it because I've found dog hair, crayons, cigarette butts, and even animal feces on the floor. I literally go in with gloves, a mask, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent--just to make it work. Security is another issue. Even though rent is high for this part of town, I regularly hear about neighbors getting their cars stolen or broken into. One neighbor even had gas siphoned from his truck. It's unsettling to say the least. These apartments feel neglected and rundown, and the lack of respect from both management and residents makes it worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there.
