The area is quiet, well kept. Work orders the few I've had to submit while living here have been worked on/address in a timely manner the gentlemen that come to service the request have been polite and work efficiently. The staff at the front office Ashley, AJ and Robert have always been welcoming and helpful if it's in person or calling in the calls are answered and if I needed a follow up someone has always gotten back to me regarding my concerns. The dog poop, weed smell, junk cars, oil spills, junky balcony right by the pool, the very rude residences right by the front gate....were all enough to make my daughter look further. I hate to complain but. Mean, nahhhhasty manager will verbally attack with unnecessary pugnacious behavior. 16 months living in this "gated" community where the gates have only worked for 4 months. Summer of 2025 both pools were open, this year (2026) only 1 pool was open and the hot tub closed down all summer. Cars being broken into, security cameras not working, maintenance not answering issues. The dog shit and gym equipment is really not anything the management can control, but due to the rowdy folks moving in, there tends to be more shenanigans going on. The problem always starts at the top. I love the trees, grass and the location of the property, but unfortunately it is becoming a shit hole like the rest of Pueblo. So if you don't mind the misinformation regarding the "Community Amenities", like controlled access(nope), fire pit (not working), 2 pools (nope) & spas (not working), sign your lease and let the annoyances begin. read more

Lived here about 3 years. Well kept and solid built, not much noise from above. The grounds are great and landscaping - they don't build apartments like this anymore with so much green space. Have lived here for years Have seen this property deteriorate along the way Have seen the lack of professionalism of repairs in my unit and some apartments that I would be fired for in my own job so I have bought my own replacements and installed myself You don't find out about fluctuating water pressure until you move in One hot tub broken because glass got into pumps Now each pool gate has always listed that no glass is allowed in pool area but some genius thought that when the other hot tub broke and they took it out that the space should have a fire pit filled with nothing but loose glass chips that have been at the bottom of the pool and hot tub since it was installed Anyone can get in pool areas with just a reach over the gate to open A simple resurfacing of the pool floor didn't get fixed this summer They replaced the pool table in the club house with a small pool table with a wooden top you have to put on it to play ping pong with toy plastic paddles and they broke and all of the cue sticks broke and are gone So the room sits unused Security cameras are not working to monitor anything that happens on this property Car break ins are repetitive Tenants concerns are met with a myriad of excuses blaming corporate control is lacking Time is taking its toll on this property Security gates are broken and not getting fixed because operating system is outdated and parts are obsolete The people running this place are doing what they can with what they are working with It's hard to keep everyone happy There is always somewhere else to rent from read more

My husband and I have lived here for the last 15 months. We are enjoying our lives here. The office staff is amazing...friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is right there to fix anything that needs to be looked at...and it is address usually by the next day. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Our neighbors are so nice...everyone smiles with a friendly "hello". We enjoy the monthly gatherings put on by the staff. As of today, we have only good things to say about the Villas. Anyone asking...we'd highly recommend living here. read more

This complex is a shit hole. The management team is shit. Your vehicles will i repeat will get broken into. Tires cut etc. Vagrant roam the property at all times of the night trying to steal. Aggressive dogs and the owners dont pick up behind them , so dont walk in the grass. Good luck using the pool. 1 of 2 is only open and usually packed with non resident visitors. Currently going through the same experience as others with the management office with an huge exception for Ashley and her kindness. AJ & Robert picks and choose who they discriminate against. they don't have control over their maintenance who also don't have any sense of urgency, professionalism and allows animals to die in the apartments. they claim to be non confrontational because they know exactly what they are doing by antagonizing the residents and can't handle being called out for their distasteful and ignorant behavior. When you leave a review or make a complaint it's the management office who is answering instead of an actual owner, leaving the number to the front desk to talk to the same people your having the issues with. these people are insufferable and something needs to be done about it. there's a multitude of reviews about this woman and her unprofessionalism, yet us residents still have to deal with her threats, lack of intelligence and people skills. Avoid this place at all cost! Claiming you taking discrimination seriously and that these people are fear for their safety is diabolical. Nothing has been done or said to these people for to initiate such a feeling UNLESS we were provoked FIRST but because we are mature enough to confront these people on the unprofessionalism or the LACK OF PEOPLE SKILLS now they are in fear for their life n they are uncomfortable. The office staff here are the worst people I have ever met in my entire life. I lived here two years ago, and have friends who still live there and say nothing has changed. They are rude, arrogant, and outright called me a f***ing b*tch to my face, then wrote me up claiming I had said it to them. I would never. They fix nothing that they claim to, I had a washer and dryer broken for three months and they refused to even let me use another one, they let people run through the halls screaming, and they purposely lose rent payments. This is where I live. It's not great, but it's far from bad. Lots of amenities (fitness center, pool, business center, clubhouse) if you're into that sort of thing. The apartments are some of the nicest in Pueblo, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I did get unlucky and moved in right as there was a hostile buyout of the complex, so there have been a few clerical headaches to clear up regarding deposits and fees, but the new management company definitely seems to have their ducks in a row. Maintenance has always been friendly and quick too. When our upstairs neighbor's pipe burst and water started dripping from our laundry room ceiling, they were quick to get it fixed and re-buttoned the ceiling to new in two days. Not a bad place to live in Pueblo. If you're moving from our of town, they're also really good with helping arrange everything from afar. read more

I have been living at the Villas since July 2020 so I can only speak to my own time here, but this is the nicest complex I have ever lived in. I was moving out of a house and into this apartment when I came here so there was a lot of back-and-forth and questions on the phone between me and the leasing staff and everyone was very kind and patient. My apartment was very clean and had been well maintained when I moved in and the maintenance staff has been great with everything since I have been here. I have a small dog that lives with me and many other people here have dogs as well - and we all seem to cohabitate peacefully. But there is always something to be said for people living together in one area who 1) respect each other 2) respect the property they live on and 3) follow the rules. To anyone out there who is thinking about making this place your home, I can honestly say I have no complaints. This is a beautiful place to call home. read more

Avoid at all cost. Was only here for 9 months and it was not great. Loud neighbors & drug baggies on the property. Dogs running loose and chased my leash dogs more than once. Garage door broke the first month i rented it. Parking sucks. My packages got stolen from my front door and when I told the front office their response was oh yeah it happens all the time. The gate was broken and left open multiple times. I thankfully sublet the apartment in January and then got slapped with a $3700 collections in June. Nothing in that cheap ass apartment is worth $3700. Had to call maintenance more than once for the same issue since the maintenance man would just drop off sheets and not repair anything. A/C wouldn't function for anything. It would still be 80 degrees in the apartment with the unit turned down to 60. Count myself lucky everyday that I moved out. read more

I just applied to Villas and got back a "give us more money and we will rent to you." (I have a bankruptcy in my history even though no issues now.) When I asked more questions, the staff grew quarrelsome and abrasive, lecturing about rules. Then I learned that this is a deposit gambit! They would not give back my deposit even after giving me what amounted to a denial! So I was hostage to their demands that I either give them more money or forfeit the deposit they collected with the application. Beware! It cost me $350 to not rent or else put my foot further into the trap with a group that showed they were abrasive before the lease was signed. read more

The Villas Apartments at Park West in Pueblo West Here goes. Last week our house was ready to close in two days so we were anxious to find a temporary place to live until we could buy another house. We signed a six month lease, they gave us the keys, and we returned home to meet the movers. Within one hour our realtor called us to say that our buyer had backed out and there would be no sale of our house. Within an hour of signing the lease we returned back to The Villas and told them what had happened. One of the sales reps came out of her office and very coldly repeated several times that "you have the keys" "there's nothing we can do". We paid over $500 in deposits and fees plus the rent for February. Obviously we could not afford to continue to pay the mortgage on our home and the rent on the apartment. The next day the same rep said that the corporate office concluded that we pay $5200 for breaking the lease. No credit back for our deposits either. We are honest, retired military vets. We did not expect that The Villas return our deposits, fees or our February rent but to demand $5200 from us for circumstances we had no control over is beyond belief. We paid their fee in full out of a small savings we had. Please think twice before you sign a lease with this GREEDY corporation. One more thing, the apartment we were to rent smelled strongly of bug spray. read more

I lived here for 4 months while working as a traveling nurse in Pueblo last year. These apartments are ok. They are pretty quiet and nice on the inside. The office staff are really rude and unfriendly. I hated having to interact with them. Another nurse I worked with said the same thing about their staff. Very disappointed. I lived here for about six months and the office staff was miserable! Lisa and Breanna, the office managers, made it a huge deal that I had a service animal. They were always snarky when I would go into the clubhouse. I honestly tried to avoid them at all costs because they made me feel so uncomfortable. While in the clubhouse once, I overheard Breanna speaking to another staff member and she was belittling her, and making her very uncomfortable because there were people in the clubhouse, watching. Every month when I would go pay rent, there was a new front desk worker. I swear this complex goes through staff members faster than I can even keep up. It is just poor management all over. There were maintenance men working when I would get home around 7pm and they were working in the morning by 8am!! It was the same guys too!! The apartment itself was not bad, my neighbors were good to me, but I cant stand to live at a place that takes its employees for granted. In my opinion, instead of finding 10+ new employees for the same two jobs in 5 months, maybe they should find two new office managers and fix all of the problems forever! read more

This place is awesome! It has all the cool stuff like pools clubhouses gyms and all sorts of good shit! I don't live here but I visit my friend alot! The clubhouse is the best it has a pool table, tv, tables, kitchen, gym, and one of the pools right in front. read more

We have lived here one year so far, and we really, really like it! Our apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We have a good sized garage with lots of storage space. We love the pool and the hot tub (which is very clean - it even smells good lol). It's across the street from the YMCA and there's an urgent care center right up the block. We don't hear a peep from any of our neighbors, and I hope they don't hear us :-) There are only two negatives - #1) every time I cook something that smokes, the fire alarms go off in our apartment. Which isn't necessarily a BAD thing, at least I know we'll be warned if there's ever a fire. And #2) is sometimes when we leave our little dog home alone (which is RARE because he goes to grandma's when we are at work or away for any length of time) sometimes we get a complaint about him barking. He is never left alone for more than an hour - I mean, we're talking quick trips when it's too hot to leave him in the car. All of our neighbors have dogs, so I wonder if it's even OUR dog they're hearing - but we are the ones who receive the notice from Animal Control. We love our little guy, so he's usually with us AND we always take him to go potty in the designated areas. We use the little green poop bags and sometimes we'll even clean up other dogs messes. So, i don't know who it is, but whoever it is, needs to take a chill pill. Other than that, we love our place, love to sip coffee on our balcony on early mornings and love that we have zero yard work! It's a great place to live. read more
