When someone (claiming to be the owner) finally picked up, he sounded completely confused and asked where the movers were, as if I had any idea. He said he'd call me right back to sort it out. That was the last contact I ever had from them. No callback, no explanation, no movers, just total silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. You can't run a service business, confirm a job, then fail to show up or even communicate on the day it's supposed to happen. It's not complicated. It's literally the bare minimum of showing up for a labor job, and they couldn't manage that. Thankfully, Veterans Movers saved the situation at the last minute. I reached out in a bind, explained what happened, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, handled the move efficiently, took good care of my belongings, and charged fairly without any surprises. They turned a potential disaster into a smooth, stress-free experience.
