Amazing work!! I went and got acrylic nails for the first time today. Walking in, the salon was clean, smelled good and very comfortable to be in. Workers were super kind aswell. I got there 10 minutes after they open on a Sunday. They were not very nice. Told me to sign in and sit down so I did so end up waiting over 45 minutes finally got seen so many people were still trying to come in. She seemed very rushed. The quality did not add up to the price she made remarks regarding the last place that I had went to. And they immediately started chipping they had bubbles in them. The line is not very straight for the French tip was not worth the $70 plus tip. read more

Tyler is very talented. I love his work. I also love that he takes his time and get the job done. Every one there is so sweet and hospitable. Erika and Stacy are my other favorites as well. I love this place!! The only reason for four stars is because the wait times can be a bit long. However, with that being said, they always turn out fabulous because they take so much time making sure everything is perfect. My nails are always the same shape and the right color and the polish is always perfect. They push designs a lot, but it's because they're SO GOOD AT THEM. I don't get designs often, but when I do, I know I'm in good hands. Plus, they take walk-ins. Definitely the best nail salon in Hammond!!! read more

Went here for the first (and last) time today. After waiting 20+ minutes with my feet soaking, the tech asked me what service i wanted. I said, "basic pedicure." I've had lots of pedicures and they can be really different so I didn't question the warm (not hot) rocks and towels. Tried to engage with the tech but she was unfriendly and disinterested. When I Went to pay for my pedicure and my daughter's nail polish, the bill was $83! I paid it, thought about it all the way home and wondered how two simple services could cost so much. Then I checked the receipt. My "basic" pedicure was $57. For what? Yes, I got a nice polish job but not so good on callus removal. My daughter was charged $25 for a simple nail polish. This is not a warm or friendly place either. I tried to call them to question the charges but they hung up the phone. So I'm angry and will NEVER go there again. read more

I have been visiting several times in the past. Pedicure was always over and above any I ever had. Had stopped going to my previous location as Koncept had hit the mark. Apparently, this evening I had a new person. I can't say she was bad, however, the high expectations the other 'guys' have set led to my disappointment, very let down. I understand everyone needs to learn. The high marks these guys normally would get from me, i cannot share this visit. I suggest this young lady be put through an extensive retraining and shadow the others. Leg and foot massage was by no means invigorating. She seemed timid to give a good solid massage. I'm not one to specifically ask for anyone. IF I return I most definitely will. My previous salon everyone equally earned my high marks. I'm seriously considering returning to my old salon knowing I will have that continued consistency. read more

Very disappointed. I was there 3.5 hours to get a French manicure on my nails and a basic pedicure. I dont think first guy realized he was suppose to put a white tip until the end when I showed him the pic again and then it was painted instead of dipped. The guy that worked on me was nice but it seemed he was talking about my nails negatively with the response from his colleagues. I wanted a simple half daisy on my ring finger and showed that at the beginning. When the nice artist guy drew a smaller full daisy at top of nail, I explained that wasn't what I wanted. They switched guys and gave me one that was very rude. He didn't try when I told him I'd rather not have a flower than one that was way different. He was short and said no flower. He was rough in handling my hands and raised his voice when his tip was a mess and I told him I needed it corrected. He also told me the other guy was tired and ready to go home. Guess what Mister? Starting out i loved this spot..the nail techs are great at shaping and application and i won't take that away from them.Usually they are very nice with a nice color selection. I do feel they overbook themselves. I have been asked do i have an appointment (i make one EVERYTIME.) and I've seen them accept random walk ins right after asking me. The system honestly doesn't make sense. If you have an appointment at 11:30 why would you take a walk-in at 11:15, I've also noticed when i call to make an appointment nobody asks for my name or telephone number...so how many people could just walk in and say "oh i have an appointment". I wouldn't come to this salon on a day you have something else to do, they take on so many people that you'll be there for hours.One person is super sweet but never wears gloves and has super sweaty hands so it's very uncomfortable..moving on they do French tips differently but charge the same as everyone else. French tips are painted on instead of dipped so it's easy to chip, my toe polish never lasts beyond a week and idk why because it used to.I have hopes they will get back on track because they started out lovely and i love the people who work here. read more
