Carpel Tunnel left and right, multiple issue right hand/arm surgery and my personal favorite is my arthritic right thumb that he removed the arthritis from and it is now fused and pain free. Robert Semon, OTR/L in the Fowler PT Clinic was amazing in helping me regain mobility in my hand following surgery. Dr. Bales moves fast, has speedy appointments, has a great bedside manner and even though he gets through appointments at lightning speed, I somehow feel very cared for and satisfied. At 8:02am was the 6th caller in que. 26 minutes waiting, rep pulled up my info, verified my appointment ignoring my inquiry of insurance coverage. Reiterate my inquiry, rep stated she's not in billing and then transferred me to another billing department not associated with the orthopedic department. Needless to say I wasted 37 minutes of my time with absolutely no results. Very Unprofessional, not calling back and not attending appointment.

Then I walked an entire block on it out of shock. By the time this man got to my foot in the E.R. It needed to be scraped clean inside and out, pinned back together. It took four separate surgeries. I am NOT a nice patient under any medications. He was always always more than kind. His surgery was as good as it could get. Most football players do not recover as fast as I have from this and mine was about as bad as it could get. Had an open fracture, busted all metatarsals. Miraculously I am already walking. My accident was August 10th. I have been walking since September 19th!! He is an AWESOME surgeon!!! Even better person! More than recommend!! He goes out of his way for his patients. Even us riled and wild ones. I will never be able to truly thank him enough!

I had a chunk of primarily skin but also fat that just hung. You could see it in almost every outfit I wore. I tried shapewear, but that didn't even hide it. I was so self conscious for so long. After I met Dr. Lundeby the decision to proceed was easy. He is very attentive, explains everything in detail, and even cracks a few jokes to ease any nervousness. My husband and I drove to Spokane for the procedure, by the time they took me back it was almost an hour past my check in time. It is clear he is driven by the need to tend to his patients with the intent to cure. It is very interesting to see ICE Clinics integrate cutting edge science, technology, and nutritional health with chiropractic practices. I, personally, visited 2 other chiropractors and noted what my issue was and all they did was the classic adjustment and sent me on my way; it felt like I was some kind of subscription and not a human. I had heard of Dr. Bryant years ago and recently had injured my lower back to a state of almost complete debilitation, which is though for me being healthy and 35 years old. He did a full analysis of posture and other various tests to attempt to diagnose the root cause rather than the clear and present pain. In my visits, it was diagnosed that I had extreme compression of the lower back and through a series of visits I was put through various exercises to relieve the pressure. In my visits I was put through adjustments in tandem with Red Light Therapy (intended to promote faster healing) integrated with massage, suction cups, vibrating plates, and stretching all were performed and over the course of 3 weeks my pain has gone from an 8-9 with almost complete debilitation to roughly a 1-2 and complete regain of function. I can't express enough the respect I have for Dr. Bryant and ICE Clinics and would highly encourage anyone with any issues whether mild or chronic to visit.
