Told 15 minute wait but an hour later still on hold is not only ridiculous but is a signal to customers that their time doesn't matter. Being unable to access the voice mail feature. Can't set it up and the phone rings and goes directly to voice mail on the first ring. And I can't access the voicemail to check messages or to change the number of rings prior to voice mail pickup. Seems like an easy fix, right? Not so. Apparently. Today, July 03. 2021, I got it fixed, after nearly a year of trying. More than 14 hours, aggregate, of being on the phone, constantly transferred and told what number I was in a que, throughout the year. I have had the virtual assistant transfer me to the technicians, and after 45 minutes with a technician, have that same tech get pissed off at me, because he works with 'copper' and I am 'fiber.' How do they not know this? Today, it was finally fixed. It took 3 different people to do it. I went with Telus initially to save money. The TV and Internet are good, the service is incompetent. The jury is still out on how the home phone functions, as it's just been fixed. I am not saving money. When I 'add' the features I previously had, I'm now paying more and am stuck in a contract. There will be no recommendations for Telus from me.

I came here on a whim during my lunch to get some info about upgrading my phone. There were no…read morecustomers in the store and just one employee working out front at the time. I approached the counter and told him what I was there for. He tried checking the computer but something wasn't working. So he got another coworker from the back to come out to check and still something wasn't right. Turns out their internet wasn't functioning (with Telus) and therefore they weren't able to check anything for me. What a waste of time! Oh, and the store itself was bare with slim pickings in terms of accessories and replica devices to try out.

Dealing with Rogers online and over the phone is awesome. The Sherwood Park Mall store however…read moresucks. Two issues. At 7:15 pm (mall closed at 9 pm) I went to purchase an iPhone. All the iPhones were put away and two employees were standing around chatting. I asked where the iPhones were and they said they were put away. I asked to see the phones and they said no, they were put away. I bought my iPhone at the kiosk that night instead. Yesterday, I took my iPad in to have them activate it and the employee broke my case when he removed the iPad from the case. I told him he broke my case and he said that it was like that and then argued with me. It is a new case and there was a piece of it that broke off on his counter. What an asshole. I will drive to Edmonton before I ever set foot in that store again. Two encounters and both beyond terrible.
