I needed a decent car vent cell phone holder. The one that I travel with doesn't have a security hook that ensures it stays put when you yank your phone off it. I needed a better one, preferably with either a magnet or a hook for a PopSocket. At this mall, I checked out a couple of cell phone places. They offered the same one that I had -- without the security hook. Ugh! I finally found Mobile Care. The man behind the counter had exactly what I was looking for. The vent mount had that security hook that I needed. It also was MagSafe-compatible, which aligned with my cell phone case. The man assembled it for me. I checked out the length of this security hook. It was exactly what I wanted. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. He put everything in a plastic bag. I wished him a great day. I installed it in my rental vehicle once I was done shopping at this mall. It has worked well for the past week. This store is on the first floor. It's near Garage. (257)

I went to Mobile Care on the main level of Polo Park to buy a box for a phone I had purchased for…read moremy mom. I politely asked if they could wrap it to make it look presentable as a gift. The owner, Mohammad, immediately became aggressive. He said, "You're asking too much," called me a liar, and told me to "get going." He even threatened me, claiming he will get me banned from the mall because i dont know who he is and his powers. His behavior was loud and clearly meant to embarrass me in front of other customers. I later went to another store in the mall and the staff there wrapped the phone quickly and politely, proving that my request was normal. Mohammad's reaction was not only unnecessary but threatening and abusive. This seems to be a pattern of intimidation -- the way he tried to scare me mirrors complaints from other customers. No one should be verbally harassed, humiliated, or threatened for asking a simple question. Polo Park management should address this behavior to protect shoppers.

The finger print reader hadn't worked since we got it back, telling the worker this his reply was "we test everything". How can they text that with out the fingerprint?? When we asked about how the "life time warranty" worked we where greeted with a very condescending attitude to the point that it was not possible to continue talking to the worker. We paid the same price as it would have cost at Apple and they used cheap glass and pawned it off as a quality fix. I have to give at least 1 star to rate but will say -1 in truth nor recommend this place.

They also charged me for a diagnostic, which they did not do. I had to take it to the apple store, ( which I should have done in the first place).The tech at the apple store informed me that there was never a diagnostic done on the phone and had 12 heat warnings on the phone in the last week, (probably from the heat gun they used), they also informed me that Techfleet are not authorized to work on apple products. The phone will now cost me $400 to fix. I will try to add photos of what they did to my phone.

When I left my iPad for a broken screen replacement I left clear instructions about what I expected: try salvage the original Home button but if not possible replace it knowing I'd lose Touch ID function. When I got it back the Home button was totally non-functional. The touch screen works find but now I have to learn a number of Accessibility gestures to achieve basic functionality, and some are awkward to say the least! When you live in Winnipeg, it's nice having a car starter when the temperature is -40°C in the winter before you factor in the windchill. I followed suit. I had no idea how to install a remote car starter. You can buy the kit and do it yourself if you are savvy. I had a knowledgeable male staffer lead me the way to the selection of car starters. Once I chose the one that suited my needs, he booked an appointment to have my car starter installed. It took a couple of hours to have it installed. I ended up dropping off my car and then waiting for it by having lunch at an eatery that is sadly gone. It had the best spaghetti pie that I have ever had. I was pleased with my car starter. The left button started my car. I could be a few blocks away and it would start without fail. It was cool and much needed when it was frigid outside. I had an outdoor parking spot where I lived, so starting my car remotely was nice. I was recently at a spa to get a manicure while on vacation. Advance Electronics was across the street, which brought back fond memories of owning my first car and having a remote car starter installed. Since I moved back to Markham, I have never had the need for a car starter. It would be a nice perk, but it's not as cold here to merit shelling out for one. (321)
