After 5 weeks, they kicked my 10 month old baby out with the excuse that she was not adjusting well, that she was sad and crying all the time. They completely disregard the fact that she has only been in there for 5 weeks and the fact that out of those 5 weeks she got sick twice. Of course while being sick she was not brought in; therefore, she had to adjust each time all over again. They keep saying they cared for her and what not, but still kicked her out. They had no tolerance and no patience. According to them, she was a bother and didn't let her teacher take care of the other kiddos. But they had the nerve to say they could keep taking care of her until I found a new daycare. They must've thought I am naive enough to continue to bring my daughter to a place where clearly she's not welcome. Clearly all they cared for was the money. They wanted to keep getting paid. Of course I didn't agree and asked for my money back. Here are some recommendations: 1- learn how to handle situations like this properly. There's no need to kick out a kid after 5 week and 0 proper routine. A chat should've been done and maybe 2-3 months of trying to figure out how to help the kid adjust. 2- not all parents can leave their jobs to Pick up their kids simply because they are "sad" and crying. They are babies and crying normal. Proper Adjustment takes time. No need to be messaging each time a kid is Sad worrying the parent simply because you can't or don't know how to do your job. 3- if the daycare opens at 6:30, then all teachers should be there 5-10 mins before. More often than not, the teacher was exiting her car and walking in as I was doing the same. Clearly the teacher was not ready to start her day. In multiple occasions I had to leave my kid with an older class teacher because her own teacher was running behind. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The facility itself is not fancy but it is clean and safe. They have structured class time during the school year and a schedule of fun rotating activities during the summer like park and water days. They have also been flexible with my schedule, allowing me to bring my kiddo in on different days as my needs have changed, even at relatively short notice. It is nice to work with such a flexible staff. Other facilities may look fancier, but you would be hard pressed to find a place that cares as much and treats the kids as well as Sunrise. I love it and highly recommend them.

I consider them part of our family and value their role in my children's lives. Every single teacher in the center knows and interacts with my children lovingly and as if they were their own. Management and teachers have always been professional, responsive, and considerate. Procare is used to provide updates and photos on their daily activities, and funny stories/info on their days are also shared during pick-up/drop-off, always keeping me - and even Grammy - involved. Communication lines are always open and parent-teacher conferences are offered regularly. Activities indoors and outdoors are plentiful, allowing my kids to burn their massive amounts of energy. Meals are kid-friendly while meeting and exceeding State standards for healthy meal plans. Any concerns are resolved promptly. I've never had to question the safety - physical, emotional, or otherwise - of my children while in their care, and any incidents between children are well-documented and handled appropriately. The facility is clean and maintained, providing a sanitary environment. Teachers are trained regularly, and turnover is infrequent (all but maybe two have been with the center for 1y+). In the time my kids have attended, we've seen many wonderful updates, from the installation of security cameras and complete remodels of rooms to new playground equipment and strollers for walks. In short, my kids are happy, well-taken care of, and the dedication and commitment of management and teachers to each other, to the children, and to the facility is clear to see. They once tried to convince me she had chicken pox (site definitely didn't) just so they could have one less kid to supervise. She was only 1! In one month, they called me 8 times to come get her. And I finally asked the owner how they got paid and whether the child is there for 1 hour or 8 hours, they charge for the full day, so the staff was getting their full pay and then just sending kids home! It was AWFUL.
