Each patient is assigned a patient account number which you enter into the digital tablet located at the reception counter. There, you can select the points of pain or discomfort as well as level of pain on the human diagram so that Dr. Hill will have a "map" to your symptoms to focus on. But, even if you've selected "No Symptoms", Dr. Hill will find something which you might have overlooked and you'll feel better when she works on you. I have both Doctor Carlie & Doctor Steve, Between them they have a lot of experience and both are very compassionate and professional. They listen and observe to make sure you are not only doing things right but to make sure you are comfortable and not aggravating the injury more. I visit twice a week and the text reminders are very helpful, the receptionist are all very nice and remember you.
