[Parking]: Free street parking on Sunday. There's a small parking lot right next to the night market, but I had no idea whether the rate was $7 or $15 (later I checked Parkopedia - $7 flat rate out by 6 PM and $15 flat rate out by 10 AM. [Vendors]: Free admission. The organizer basically grabbed a small parking lot and had approximately less than 20 vendors took hold of this lot. I noticed few shelter tents located just outside of the night market and one corner of the night market had garbage bags piled up. Food options were very limited and many of these vendors can also be found in other night markets. Skip this night market and visit other night markets such as Ave 26 On Imperial or Night Market El Gato.

As you dig into the fluffy shaved ice, you're rewarded with surprise chunks of chewy mochi hidden throughout, and I believe there were even more red beans waiting at the bottom. Every bite was packed with flavor and texture. It was so good that I'm craving another bowl just thinking about it. *Drools* I'm not sure how busy it gets during the day since we've only visited after dinner, but we've always found plenty of parking.
