Alex (installation manager) happened to be available and again, we were welcomed and treated with great patience and consideration. Once we finalized everything, Alex arranged for Aaron to handle final measurements before ordering the materials. Aaron arrived right on time and again was patient, detailed, and listened to all our questions and concerns. The materials arrived well within the expectation Alex set, and the install was scheduled. Our install was completed Tuesday, the 24th. I could not be happier with the installation team (Chase and John) and the final outcome.
