Installation communications were fantastic... from office and installation crew. Josh Stancik and Trevor Delk could not have been more conscientious and committed to ensuring my understanding and satisfaction with the installation process. Both were very engaging in my technical, and clueless user, questions. Timing and installation execution information was well communicated. Josh took the time to provide technical explanation of system components. Trevor asked, explained, and confirmed understanding of component location installation to ensure agreement. Installation completion was followed by clean up commitment to ensuring that I would not know that they had been there other than system functionality. Update: Didn't install the ground wire correctly. The bonding bridge was screwed into the wall and…read morenot connected to anything, including the ground wire. There is no connection to neutral. I was also told the backfilled dirt would "settle", and it sank further into the hole. Now there is a divot and the ground rod is exposed. Hired to add a ground rod. Guys showed up on time and worked quickly, though I did have to remind them to backfill the lawn properly (initially just left a hole there, and the ground rod was barely covered). Dealing with Dave Watkins was a whole other experience. Told him I was going with a different electrician I had worked with prior, and he made many assurances that he would definitely beat the price (told me the range provided on Yelp was "just a number," which was the first red flag). On the day of the service, refused to talk to me on the phone or via text when I asked to discuss the price. Then one week later, gave a price that was higher than initially discussed and that I should reference an "invoice" he sent (he never sent one). When I attempted to discuss the pricing with him, finally, he became aggressive and threatened to put a lien on my house. He then stated that he stands by the quote even if it was half a million dollars. His reason for a higher price was "extra work"; in fact we had discussed the work ahead of time, and it was a standard part of the job (a bonding bridge), making me concerned that he would not have completed the job with required parts if I hadn't reminded him to add it. My experience of working with Dave Watkins is that he will make empty promises, not communicate properly, come up with invoices after the fact, claim that things have happened which did not, and escalate to threats instead of having a conversation with people. I eventually paid the bait and switch amount that he demanded after his threats, but I would hate for anyone else to end up in that position. I would never work with this company again.

The one and only bathroom outlet in my 108-year-old house stopped working, so after a handyman…read morefailed to fix the problem by replacing the GFCI box, I called an electrician known to me. He sent two of his employees who spent a couple of hours trying to determine what was wrong. They left without fixing it, but said they would come back and work around the problem by installing a different GFCI outlet in the wall above where the bad one was and tie it into the service line of the wall sconce that existed. I didn't like that solution and since the company didn't plan to come back for a three weeks, I called Asidaco upon the recommendation of a friend. Asidaco tracked down the problem in less an hour, (It was a bad breaker in the breaker panel.) fixed it and several other potential hazards quickly. Great work! I know who I will call in the future.

Rossman was not responsive, and continued to say they would supply us with a quote for the installation. Contacted Rossman Electric on on 5/15/2023, was responded with an attachment of a 'quote' that only contained contact information. After requesting the full information - we were told they would 'get back to us' but never did. Do not recommend.
