The two people I worked with there were just great. My first encounter was a quick and extremely easy - I was told exactly what paperwork and info I needed. And given a quick tip of whom to talk to (if there was no line at their window - Thanks for that btw). When I did make it into the office (and dealt with a second person), there was about 6 people in front of me. Moving quick, doesn't even describe it. I had 3 out of state vehicles to transfer in. The person that helped me, could not have been better. What a painless process. Total time in the building: 22 minutes - Including waiting in line!

I had to switch my registration from out of state to WA. I had to make two trips there (my fault - I brought the wrong paperwork the first time). Both visits, I had the same Rep helping me and she was very friendly, informative and took time to explain different parts of the license/registration process to me. She even showed me a couple different plate options. My experience here has been ideal, positive and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this location again for any future title/registration needs. ** It does seem as though they've taken some of the negative feedback into consideration (e.g. Having to wait with everyone else for online ordered tabs. They now have a separate window/ticketing call for these types of visits).

And then rather than help they walk away? Then put us a sign saying, "wait until called." With the exception of the new girl still training, that entire office needs educated on GOOD customer service!! But why is a small town DMV like this so bad? First of all, they're super big on the appointments. They want you to schedule an appointment. So, I scheduled an appointment. Then I got there, and I still had to wait. What's the point of an appointment if you still have to wait? They also don't do walk-ins, there's technically a walk-in line, but I've been there in the morning where the walk-ins are full for the day. It's absolutely ridiculous and I don't mean to speak in complete hyperbole but I don't think it should be legal for a government institution to deny walk-ins. That being said, once I was finally seen by somebody, they were super friendly and helpful. I was able to do what I needed to do. I could do it all at one counter, which is always nice that you don't have to go to multiple locations in the same DMV. The parking lot to the south of the building is a total nightmare. So just be aware of that. For vehicle inspections you have to be parked in that parking lot, they will not cross the street, or leave that parking lot. So again, this DMV shouldn't be this bad, they are not this busy. However, the people that work there are all friendly and helpful.

We waited, still without anyone acknowledging we were there, until more customers came in behind us. Once all seats in the waiting area were full, finally an employee spoke out to all of us that they would be with us in a minute. Chatting to each other was more important. Despite being the first ones there with no customers before us, it took us about 35 minutes just to complete a simple transaction. Carpets are dirty, chairs are falling apart. There's a parking lot behind the building. They accept credit and debit payments with a fee.
