All around the absolute worst service I've ever received in my life…read more Horrible customer service It took 8 days for me to be able to take my vehicle home. It was near impossible to get in contact with management. Documents had been signed but the dealership refused to give me my vehicle until they received the check from the bank, regardless of my 20% down payment and having all of the information for the bank I was doing my loan through AND having the tracking number for the check that was coming by mail. Incompetent Management 4 separate times, errors were found on the documents. From not reflecting my 20% down payment initially, to not removing sales tax (vehicle was being registered out of state), not putting lean holders information on documents, and when I went back to have documents fixed they STILL put the wrong banks information on it. I would have had to go back to have it fixed AGAIN if it were not for the fact that I asked to see the paper before they submitted the document again. Argumentative salesmen When trying to get documents fixed I couldn't get in contact with management so I texted the salesmen who claimed "this would've gone smooth if you would've financed through our bank" like he had told me to do. When I asked for management's email he claimed "we don't give out that information." When I had to contact them regarding them not providing a copy of the title - sales men insisted it was in the documents they provided. Myself and my bank had a copy of all documents they provided, none of which were a copy of the title to prove they owned the vehicle. When I insisted to the sales men they didn't provide it, he changed his verbiage, saying "you have the title APPLICATION" - when I AGAIN informed him, the bank requires a COPY of the title he became incredibly passive aggressive, I spoke to him the same way he spoke to me, leading him to say "let's keep this conversation respectful." Sir, you spoke in a disrespectful way first. Inability to follow through with promises made. When I initially test drove the vehicle, I pointed out the interior was very dirty. Hard water marks every inside. Mud on the seats as if somebody put their dirty, wet shoes on the seats. Dirt marks on the door panels. Just overall not clean. The salesmen had said they'd get the interior cleaned before I took the vehicle home. When they messaged me 8 days later that I could pick up my car, "your vehicle is cleaned up, gassed up, and parked upfront ready for you" - the interior was exactly the same. Dirt, mud, water marks everywhere. STILL. I'm so beyond disappointed with every bit of the interaction I had with BMW of Spokane. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody.

Sculley's on Pines was the winner!! Brought in my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 to get a few things fixed, before I needed to drive down to Boise (to bring my child back to Spokane). I was able to get the dash lights fixed (meaning the dash and other dash lights work) and they were able to fix the HVAC output and the heat (or AC) blows through any option (defrost, dash or floor vents). They were also able to do an oil change (warning light came on while driving to drop off the vehicle). I am happy I found a reputable mechanic that's close to home.
