I came for a double Americano and a Nanaimo bar. Both were yummy! I also tried a London Fog and it was delish!

We found this gem on Yelp and Google, 4.9 stars so we had to try it out. Everything is made from scratch. Every detail from the presentation to the home made English muffins are on point. The son takes your order and is very conversational. Unfortunately, we got there around 10, many of the baked goods are sold out. This is a hidden gem, great food, service and supports local farmers from the tea and coffee served to the flavor in the food. Too bad it was our last day in Banff, otherwise we would have come back again.

They were huge, incredibly flaky, buttery, and as fresh as anything I've had from any bakery. Honestly, some of the best pastries I've ever eaten. If you're visiting Banff, it's well worth venturing a few minutes off the main tourist strip. Bare Bistro by Fedora's Cakes & Bakes is proof that the best food isn't always found on the busiest streets. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Banff. Bare Bistro by Fedora's Cakes & Bakes

Now that I have become an adult, I have had many more occasions to satisfy the crave. The food is generally good. The hours of operation in the last couple of years have not been convenient. The price is what one would expect for a fast food place in a resort. The service is usually good but can be "hit or miss" depending on the season. This establishment is currently being updated and I can't wait to try again once it reopens.

I had ordered 3 pizza's for the kids, and 2 chicken burgers for myself and my father. The cashier told me it would be approximately 20 minutes. It had taken about twice that amount of time. And worst of all, one of the pizza's was still raw. That gooey white stuff was definitely not cheese, it was dough. So I politely brought this up to the cashier and exchanged this, only to have them forget about my order and having myself to remind them about it half an hour later. It can't get any better than this right? Wrong. When we had received our burgers they had looked juicy and absolutely delicious! Though it was a shame that the chicken breasts were still raw and bloody after we had taken our first bites. Horrified by the awful and inexperienced cooks they had we just got up and left. Can't say I can recommend stuff made in their kitchen, especially since everything they sold was extremely pricey.
