Stopped by here while shopping around town and got the banana bread mocha and a matcha rice krispy. First off, the aesthetic of this shop is super cute! The workers were really nice also. My rice krispy was really good, sweet and I definitely tasted the matcha. I thought it was really unique and tasty and I'd recommend! My banana bread mocha drink was ok- tasted more like cinnamon and nutmeg than banana bread but it had a hint of it. If I went I'd probably try a different drink because they have some unique ones!

This is a nice, bohemian relaxed style of a cafe in downtown Banff. We ordered two speciality drinks that were divinely rich in tumeric and other seasoning. While it was quite refreshing, I don't think it has espresso, so I still needed another coffee LOL. The avocado toast were yummy but priced very high from small pieces of toast, so just keep that in mind. The service was smooth and the staff running the cafe were friendly and welcoming.

Ambience: clean, soothing, quiet and relaxing. Service: humbling and sweet Food: fresh and delicious 1) House Baked Focaccia Sandwich - Mediterranean: kids loved it saying it tastes like pizza but lighter. It was truly delicious. The Focaccia was warm (freshly baked) and it made the sandwich light to eat. 2) House Baked Curried Chickpea Sandwich: filling and the focaccia is so light and airy. 3) London Fog: touched my soul every time. 4) The Berry Smoothie: sweet creamy and kids loved Truly a lovely place and the ladies were so generous and kind when the kids tried to place an order by themselves while we parents chilled...heheh Came here again today (2nd time) even better. Mocha: so smooth and yummie. Ordered the same things as yesterday

Cute cafe, got an iced cortado, very good and just what I needed. Right in the town center. Good service too!

I got tired of the hotel coffee and wanted to try a local coffee shop. I stumbled on Mountain Folk Coffee Co. The vibes were chill and the baristas were warm and welcoming. I order a simple vanilla latte and was pleased by it. As silly as it sounds it's easy to mess up a vanilla latte but it was perfect for the cold, rainy day.

Best coffee in Banff! Good food too. I had the Açai bowl and went back for the mushroom toast. Both so yummy!

Soup Sandwiches to the rescue!!…read more After a day of hiking and exploring in the Mountains, we were tired, sore, and hangry. Noshing throughout the day we were set on a good soup and sandwich combo. We checked multiple locations and either it was high-end foo foo or just more than we want or just worse. It was pub grub and they had one soup and they weren't sure what it was. We found Wild Flour. They offer multiple soups and sandwiches and a few treats. Kathy selected a carrot fennel bowl (massive) and served with fresh bread and butter, I had a meat and cheese grilled cheese on a focaccia bread, Of course we "shar-zies" and the comfort was enjoyed. The team at 630pm was helpful and prompt guided us as we had not eaten at Wild Flour. Good food, reasonably priced for Banff is a find. Go to Wild Flour and enjoy... we did.

Iced mocha however tasted like iced DARK hot chocolate, at least 80% cacao type. Staff were helpful!

This little cozy café was my first stop after my touring group dropped us off in the Town of Banff…read more It was on our list of recommended places to try. I love coffee and it was a warm day. This was the perfect place for me to stop before I began my stroll around Downtown Banff. Little Wild Coffee & Gelato's menu features fresh pastries, sandwiches and salad bowls in addition to coffee drinks and pastries. I got me an Iced Latte and a Salted Caramel Gelato to walk around town with. The food is prepared daily at their sister establishment, Wild Flour Bakery. The coffee beans are sourced from South America and the gelato comes from Vancouver. It is a nice shop that has both indoor and outdoor seating. Little Wild Coffee & Gelato was a great first stop during my first visit to the Town of Banff.

I love their fig cookies. They are always fresh and delicious. The menu is on a higher price end now, but quality is still good to try sometimes. However service is not good at this location. Girls were rude and not willing to help in friendly manner. Plus our cappuccino was almost cold. The cost is already higher end and if you don't tip 20% or more the girls make faces and don't even respond after that. Not many seats to sit so it's a take away mostly so 20% and above tip doesn't justify specially with that kind of bad service. Will I be there again? Yes just for the fig cookies. Will get coffee somewhere else.
