Adjunct to a hotel lobby which has limited seating but very friendly baristas and great coffee and food. I packed another bag of coffee bean to go because of its quality!

Very cool place with generous portions of coffee products and a small selection of well curated goodies. Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Ambience- 5/5

There are so many cute coffee shops in Banff and this was a great one. With a lovely outdoor patio, the place was very busy around 8am. They moved through the line quickly. I got my usual hot latte which came topped with latte art. It was creamy and hot and a welcome morning treat.

Nice cafe connected to the hotel. I enjoyed my almond milk latte and added and extra shot of espresso. There is plenty of seating inside and out.

Stopped by for a light lunch one glorious summer day. A perfect day for sitting out in the outdoor patio seating and watching the throngs of tourists. Ugh, tourists. There were several tasty looking options in the refrigerated display case. I went with the vegan quinoa roll and my wife had the sausage fennel roll. She's spicy and a bit savage so her choice was apropos. I loved mine. The wife was less impressed but I'm used to that. Our lattes were quite good. There were several servers working behind the counter, all friendly in that the-job-requires-me-to-be-friendly kind of way. There was no rush getting our rolls to us. We were able to finish our lattes before the entrees arrived so that worked out well. Overall a good place to hang out for a bit before heading back to the states.

The cutest cafe that overlooks downtown banff. We came here for their hot chocolate and breakfast (both 10/10). The staff was so helpful in helping us pick out recommendations. When the food came out, the cashier actually told us that he sent back the wrap himself because it wasn't up to his standard. We were super impressed. It was delicious, affordable, healthy, and quick. Can't ask for much more. We got a nice seat by the window, enjoyed our food, and enjoyed the scenery. That's what life is all about.

Surprisingly, a really good cup of latte in Banff. The carrot cake was a bit on the sweet side, but it paired nicely with the latte. The staff were very friendly, and the cafe has wifi and decent amount of indoor seatings, so I was able to get some work done while I was there. I would definitely come back again.

Great coffee and good pastries to go. Got the egg and bacon pastries for the little one and it was so good she wolfed it down. Hubby said the coffee was also pretty good.

Great service! Attentive peeps behind the counter! Mochas were delicious, egg bite was delightful, and those sausage rolls were yummy af. We ate outside, which was nice since they had some electric warmers on top and plenty of seating. Definitely hit the spot! Get here early before 9:30 AM to beat the crowds.

Heard that this spot had some of the best coffee in Banff so my wife and I were excited to try it as coffee lovers. We were a bit disappointed. Our coffee took a pretty long time to come out. It was a busy day but my wife noticed the barista was distracted talking to other customers while making our coffee. The cappuccino was really mediocre. It tasted a bit burnt and you could barely taste the coffee. The mocha was alright too, it was lacking in mocha flavor and tasted a bit watered down. Two stars because the pastries were solid but that's about it. The cafe is located in a hotel, it was very busy and a bit difficult to find seating. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but it was a big disappointment for us.

Stopped in for a couple lattes (iced and hot chai tea) and got some banned to go with. Excellent latte, place was busy nonstop but not crowded, testimony of what I'd assume is probably one of the better cafes in Banff!

We made daily pit stops at Whitebark before heading out to the parks because of how close it was to our hotel. The coffee was delish but what kept us coming back was the pork and fennel sausage rolls. They were SO YUMMY!

Heard great things about this cafe, so we stopped by on our last full day in Banff. The iced vanilla latte was not the best, as it was way too milky. My mom tried the espresso macchiato, and it was incredibly bitter and strong. The pork & fennel sausage roll was my favorite. The pastry was flaky and buttery, and the roll was served with either a mango chutney or tomato sauce. The mango chutney was the bomb. It was sweet, and it paired nicely with the roll. The yogurt parfait was yummy as well. Fresh and tart. The employees were friendly and efficient. There was a line, but it went by quickly. Ample seating indoors and outdoors.

Soup Sandwiches to the rescue!!…read more After a day of hiking and exploring in the Mountains, we were tired, sore, and hangry. Noshing throughout the day we were set on a good soup and sandwich combo. We checked multiple locations and either it was high-end foo foo or just more than we want or just worse. It was pub grub and they had one soup and they weren't sure what it was. We found Wild Flour. They offer multiple soups and sandwiches and a few treats. Kathy selected a carrot fennel bowl (massive) and served with fresh bread and butter, I had a meat and cheese grilled cheese on a focaccia bread, Of course we "shar-zies" and the comfort was enjoyed. The team at 630pm was helpful and prompt guided us as we had not eaten at Wild Flour. Good food, reasonably priced for Banff is a find. Go to Wild Flour and enjoy... we did.

I love their fig cookies. They are always fresh and delicious. The menu is on a higher price end now, but quality is still good to try sometimes. However service is not good at this location. Girls were rude and not willing to help in friendly manner. Plus our cappuccino was almost cold. The cost is already higher end and if you don't tip 20% or more the girls make faces and don't even respond after that. Not many seats to sit so it's a take away mostly so 20% and above tip doesn't justify specially with that kind of bad service. Will I be there again? Yes just for the fig cookies. Will get coffee somewhere else.
