It was explained that "touch up" surgery if needed, was included at no cost after the full recovery period. At the 9month post op, i was given the opportunity to schedule for the touch up two days later the post op appointment. I had to decline due to work. It was then explained that they held a wait list for the "free touch up" and there was a fee if I wanted a guaranteed date. Due to the holidays I waited and left my name on the waiting list.... Not sure what the waitlist process really was. As it was not explained, 4 months later it became difficult to know when I would be next. Once I decided to pay the additional fee, I was offered a date the following week. Again, due to work I was not able to accept. It became what felt like a begging game to have communication with the person who handles the "waiting list". Dr Farias team would greatly benefit from service recovery training and an efficient communication policy/process in the event the "free touch up" is requested by patient. Although my surgical results are not symmetrical, the surgery process was just as expected, surgery was safe and had no complications. Considering it is a cosmetic and elective procedure, I will not continue to recommend to friends based on the poor communication at the end.

They wanted to charge me $250 to sit in on the appointment. They accuse me of trying to get a in on a consultation without paying. This was appalling because I explained to them before the appointment that I have many people I want to refer them to not just for BHRT but also for many other services that they have to offer. My girlfriend was paying them $250 consultation fee but they were so focused on charging me also for their $250 consultation fee just to sit in and be my girlfriend's advocate that my girlfriend and I walked out of the appointment. This place is clearly a money grab! I explained to them that not only will I pay the $250 consultation fee at my appointment I also have many other people to refer them. They didn't care they wanted their fair share. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been doing HRT for 20 years. The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.
