Without explanation, Morgan suddenly lunged at my dog and forced himself on top of him. I immediately shouted for him to stop and asked why he was doing this, but instead of responding professionally, he aggressively yelled at me with eyes wide open, "What are you going to do?!" -- which I took as a threat. My dog, who has never bitten before, reacted defensively because of the way he was being handled. Once they stopped restraining him with such force, he calmed down, and they were able to simply lift his lip to check his tooth -- something that could have been done without the physical aggression in the first place. This encounter left me deeply shaken. I believe my dog was mishandled and unnecessarily traumatized. I have since contacted the police and am pursuing legal action for the safety of other pets and their owners. I do not recommend this veterinarian. In my opinion, Morgan should not be practicing or a part of anything that is in the public with people

There were some familiar faces from the previous practice. The new vet was kind to our cat and treated her as if it was her own pet. This is exactly the characteristics we look for in a veterinarian. We talked over next steps for our cats medical issues and we got out quick and virtually painless. The only minor concern is that they are more expensive than my previous family vet. Since our pets are our babies, we don't mind much as long as they are well cared for and help to have long and happy lives.

They took their time and worked with her and were able to eventually get her comfortable enough to not have to wear a muzzle, which is a huge step for her. My opinion of Skyline grew even more when one of our dogs was in a car accident that required surgery out of state. Skyline was able to stabilize our dog and keep her comfortable until she could travel for her surgery, and were so involved in her aftercare. The vets, techs and front desk staff at Skyline went above and beyond for all of my dogs, which is why we decided to stay clients even when we moved further away. Dr. Sears is our vet and she is AMAZING, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and creates the best treatment plan for your pet and you. He called back a little later to put all the blame on my husband and none on his staff for not knowing or following their own procedures. We can admit when we make a mistake (by showing up early) but the ultimate responsibility is on the vet clinic. The call back from the vet was rude and completely unnecessary.

I'm not one to be picky or even leave a review but seriously... the way he inserted the vaccines…read morewas like shoving a pencil in a sharpener. When it was my dog's turn he made him bleed and yelp loud. He bled quite a bit I've never seen my dog bleed that much. Not gentle whatsoever just shoving the needle in with no thought. Next was his nails to trim which I was super hesitant since my dog was already scared. Very stiff and tugged at my dog's paw to get his leg up. My dog even pooped a little. This was so heartbreaking but I didn't have the nerve to say anything. I almost cried. I wasn't even going to mention the disgusting floors and tables all dirty and gross. I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER recommend this place again. If your dog is already scared of the vet ... this is the nail in the coffin to not even get them in next time.
