Their customer service is more about making their employees jobs easier than the customers lives easier. Because my dog had an obstruction in his stomach they could not do anything and had to refer me to an animal urgent care with two locations. They sent me the wrong location and we had to drive across town to their other location with our very sick pet. X-rays cost twice the rate the urgent care charged which doesn't seem right.
