She understands my unique gray hair texture, and fixed an extremely botched haircut from a previous salon, without chopping off too much. I've been coming here regularly, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had. I asked for a gel pedicure and came in with gel already on -- the tech did regular polish WITHOUT confirming. When I questioned it, she offered to restart, but by then too much time had passed and I had somewhere to be. I was understanding, told her it was fine as long as it was done right, and even tipped her. The polish chipped and came off BOTH feet THE SAME DAY -- not even 24 hours later. When I came back, I was told I'd have to pay $50 to redo it in gel and was told "that's how regular polish is" and "you should've gotten gel" -- WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. After all of that, they offered me $10 back. I called to follow up and was told it was a "mistranslation" and compared my situation to someone eating a full meal at a restaurant and asking for a refund -- which is nothing like what happened. I was given the WRONG SERVICE, it failed SAME DAY, and was met with rudeness at every single step. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM START TO FINISH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

(Whenever you see 444 they say an angle is with you) I walked in and was greeted by the whole staff which is always nice. I'm use to a barber shop but Dana really did exceed my expectations at this salon, I assure you she can cut guys hair just as well style woman's. I'm sure her capabilities are limitless! She really gave me a sharp haircut and offered a wash with a variety of products to choose from for my hair and beard which she also shaped up neatly.
