The owner felt our review was unfair, and even though they offer 24/7 and emergency service, and we have a service/maintenance contract with them - this didn't fall on their shoulders. We called FS, they advised us to call who manages our 2 HVAC systems (Voss) so that is what we did. Previous Review from last night; Darrell is not managing the Emergency line and we have a gas leak!!! (Update, he apologized, said he was "passed out," and called about 45 min + later, but did not come here.) We've done all we know to do, but FS Propane said to contact our HVAC maintainers...which is Voss, and we have a Service Plan with them. Two calls to Darrell, a Text to Neal, email to general email address, and here we sit! Windows open, hot and sticky with the smell of gas in the air... awesome customer service.

Their service person was courteous and very competent in performing what to me is a very complex service panel and troubleshooting service call. His charges were extremely reasonable for the tasks he performed.Additionally, shortly after his initial service call, I experienced an unrelated electrical issue caused inadvertently by a different craft repair person.I called Burke again . Their serviceman arrived the next morning, and immediately restored the electrical service to a room that I had spent many trying hours trying to fix myself.
