Abel has to be one of the worse managers in this store. He is very pushy asks too many personal questions and it makes you feel uncomfortable. He was very flirty with my mom and it really wasn't ok coming from a professional perspective. He treats his employees bad and retaliates against them when they want to defend them self's. Specially the girls. This place doesn't have a hr or any e mails where employees can make complains on. DO NOT WORK HERE or buy anything here this place is trash all around. Overpriced and awful customer service. A worker named Alejandro doesn't know anything about shoes and giving wrong information. Another guy named Carlos says he is the manager and gives wrong email to send the complain. Plus the management supports this behavior, they threw out a teenager a while ago from the store just because of his political beliefs and what he was wearing. I bought a pair of Docs for someone but of course I got the wrong size. So I went back to exchange them . I presented the gift receipt they gave me when I purchased them, and they wouldn't accept it. (Luckily I had the original as well! WTF??? ) Then they eyed the shoes like they didn't want to take them back, looking them over like if they were worn! Which they were NOT! Took my son in here looking for shoes and he has a large size so we are used to asking what they have in stock. Bought the only pair they had in his size cuz they looked nice got to the register and they were over $600, ok high but they must be worth it... nope got home all over the internet for $250. Nothing is priced correctly! I went to use my store credit and I was gonna buy a Nike bag that said $25 and they tried to charge me $34.95! They said that they have to go by the price that the computer says not the tag. My husband told them they should change the tag and they said they don't have time to. When I went the gentleman (I wish I got his name ) greeted me and gave me space. His customer service was awesome though and he was so prompt and willing to help when I did need him . Buyer beware. No Returns, store credit only, but they don't tell you when you are checking out, and hide it on the receipt hoping you don't notice. How about putting "Not Returns, Store Credit Only" on the front door and on big signs inside the store so shoppers know exactly how this scam works. This place sells reps. 100% fake sh!t. When you have racks of supreme shirts they haven't been making for years in multiple sizes and the employee said they get a shipment once a week , funny cause supreme openly states they don't ship to any stores like that and when you can maybe find 1 or 2 of the shirt they have on stockX when they have 20+ of them...it's pretty obvious. Also they are a rip off. Even if they were real they would still be a rip off. Shop on stockX or therealreal, but don't go here. read more
