I tried to come here to find a color match for my school scrubs. The man working was nice. The service is good, he was very helpful. But they did not have my size in what I needed. I ended up buying one size larger than what I needed because I was in dire need of the scrubs for the next day. When I got home I started researching to see if I could find my size in those same scrubs. When I found them online, I realized I was charged DOUBLE than what the retailer asks of them, DOUBLE. The price online was $17.99, free shipping. They charged me $35.99. I ended up not wearing them and tried to take them back the next day so I could order them online in the correct size. Go figure, no returns accepted. And my scrubs smelled very bad. I left them in the car while I was at school and when I came out to my car after school, my car smelled so bad from them. They just smelled old and like they've been sitting in stinky boxes for a long time. Will not be returning, ever. read more

Horrible services, I've purchased scrubs here in the past and the first few times I've been here Olivia the lady was there, always super nice and helpful. A few months ago I came in "pregnant" looking for maternity scrubs and Olivia wasn't there, instead there was this rude a.. man. As soon as I walked in he saw I was pregnant and I asked him for maternity scrubs which he didn't have any, so I asked for a size M which is a size up from my normal size. I proceeded to try them on which of course didn't fit, they were super big on me and once I came out of the dressing room I told the guy "sorry they didn't fit" to what he promptly answered all annoyed and rude yelling, telling me to leave and never come back since I was only there to try them on. Mean while my husband was on the phone with me and heard everything this man was telling me. I told him he didn't have to be rude that I've been there before and the lady was always nice and he yelled again to leave and go somewhere else. People like him shouldn't own businesses if they're going to treat people this way. Not everyone who goes to a store is going to buy something, specifically if they don't have what you're looking for, this guy for sure has issues. read more

Greatest thing about this place is they have everything you could want for scrubs and you're in and out and it's NOT in the mall. Worst thing is the uncomfortable curtain changing room plus no where to set what you want to try on and your clothes. Owners are always helpful with finding sizes or colors. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me what she had, which was a large amount in her even larger supply. There are so many options! We had a nice conversation and we got to know each other a little more and she is very kind, friendly and honest when you ask her opinion. Hello all, I am writing this because Olivia deserves this and much more. I was not planning on purchasing some scrubs from this location. Originally, I was going to go to the store located inside the Tyler Mall, but after reviewing Olivia's reviews, on Google, I decided to give it a try. She has nothing, but 5 stars on google. Every review mentioned her amazing customer/ friendly service. When I got to her store, I was greeted with a hello and big smile which made my purchase experience much better. I asked her if she had men scrubs since it seemed like it was full of women scrubs. She walked me towards the back of the store and expressed to me that she had several brands. I then mentioned to her that I was purchasing some scrubs for my boyfriend and that I wanted them fitted. She walked me to the unisex section and asked what colors I was looking for and what size. I told her the colors (teal and black). She recommended me to try them on because unisex scrubs come smaller than regular men scrubs. I proceeded to try them on and was able to purchase the right size for my boyfriend. He loved them! Throughout this purchase, not only did Olivia make conversation with me, but she also seemed engaged in our conversation. Olivia is very friendly, has outstanding customer service, is very patient, cares about her customers, and is a very hardworking business woman. I will definitely go back to her store to buy more scrubs, in the future. Also, I will be recommending this location to my family and friends that are in the health care industry. BEST SELECTION OF MENS SCRUBS IN THE I.E. I've been to two different malls that have large nursing uniform shops and came out from both places with nothing. Either they didnt carry my size or if they did the top etc was the wrong size. This guy had what I want so bought 3 men scrub sets. I'm a female who prefers wearing male scrubs because I like the overall design better. It's hard to find men scrubs in my size which is Small or Extra Small, I couldn't believe this store had my sizes in many different brands, colors and styles. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I found this place through the help of my fellow ​Y​elpies. They have so much in stock! My go to uniform is ​WonderW​ink, and occasionally Maevn and Cherokee when I'm feelin' fancy. Overall​, it is pretty​ affordable​ ranging​ from $12-27 per piece. You get what you pay for​.​ ​T​he softer cloth can cost around $18-25 per piece. The ​other cost around $12-15ish. It's very hard to find a pair of scrubs that doesn't make me look like I'm wearing a potato sack so I was very pleased with the selection. The owner is very nice and helpful. Don't let the size of their store front fool you. The inside is much larger and they have an impressive selection for both women and men. Most places that I've been to, have a very small selection of men's scrubs and I was looking for a very specific brand. I was happy to find they sell the brand I was looking for and had all of the colors and sizes that I required. Prices were on par to what I saw online and the staff was very nice and helpful. Came here about 2 weeks ago excited because I was about to start my new job. I spent about give or take $80 on just uniforms. I got some one special and some regular price. Well for my luck I went to put my navy blue scrub pants on and the side stitches came out... I didn't have time to return to the store the same day and I called today... just because the pants don't have the tags they won't exchange them. It's very disappointing because now I have useless pants that 1 weren't cheap and 2 there's no way to fix them. I was looking forward to getting my first check and buy a lot more uniforms but the way this guy treated me (the African American gentleman) I highly doubt I would ever go back I'd rather drive to the Tyler mall and get scrubs there for a few more $ than a "discounted store" that supposedly offers exchanges or credit to the store but at the end make up excuses as to why they can't take my pants back. This guy told me that the warehouse won't take it back if they don't have the tag. When clearly I had the tags but not attached to the pants... at the end just please be careful about the cheap material they offer and the "return policy" they have. It's so sad that they rather lose a customer than just exchange a simple pair of pants that the stitching came off without me wearing them. It's disappointing and upsetting. read more

I am so very disappointed in this business. I bough over $165 worth of scrubs here last Saturday 3/31/18. I wore an outfit I bought at this store on Monday 4/2/18. The pants got a hole in the pocket and also the seam of the shirt tore as well. I don't live or work near this store so I waited until today to bring them back. I drove over an hour to bring these items back and Olivia would not exchange or refund my purchase. She said because I wore them and "how does she know I didn't rip them?" I don't believe scrubs should rip the very first time you where them. The quality should be better then that. I expect better then that. I paid $20 for the pants and $20 for the top. For them to rip the first time I wear them is unacceptable. That's why I brought them back hoping to exchange for something else. But this small family business was not willing to help me in any way. Olivia said there is nothing she can or will do. I would not recommend this place at all. I'm out $40 and down a uniform and wasted 2 hours of my life driving down here for nothing. The woman who works there is beyond helpful and very sweet. She always helps me find just what I'm looking for and gives me suggestions when I need them (very helpful when shopping alone).
