Working near the airport and decided to drive down south to try this Korean place out. It's a nice clean restaurant on a strip mall. Prices are a bit higher than in Hawaii where I'm from. I ordered bibimbop to go. While it smelled great, I found it bland. I realized that it was missing the gochujung sauce that is a staple of bimbibap. I also ordered a drink which didn't have a lid (they did offer me the option for a small size cup with a lid or the lg with no lid). Finally, I got back to my desk and found that they didn't include any utensils. Overall a disappointing meal. read more

Appears under new management, been a favorite for years, drive from Pueblo to eat here. Food not even close to past. Bulgaria not even good, smaller serving, spicy not even spicy. Nice quiet place with good service and prices are reasonable for what you get. The Banchan (complementary appetizers) flavors are really good, but they could use some extra heat (spice). It's a really cool day, perfect for soup, so I tried the Ugeogi Galbitang (cabbage and beef short ribs in beef and soybean broth). The broth was light and flavorful, I really enjoyed it. I would have preferred a little more beef, maybe another short ribs, but it was great and the pricing matches what you get. Omg. I drove 15 hours from Texas to visit family. I was CRAVING kimchi. Found this place maybe a mile or so up the road and let me TELL YOU! BEST food I've had in a while. I love spicy Korean food but this gave me a run for my money. Dukpokki just omg, ADD THE CHEESE. Normally I don't like eggs but the hard boil egg HIT! Kimchi Jjigae. This soup hit that cold spot inside of me. I've been so cold since I came here. Now I am WARM! Bulgogi Fries. I've had bulgogi before but this meat is TENDER! Melt in mouth heaven!!! The food hit the spot! We were not expecting to find a delicious Korean restaurant like this! The bulgogi is amazing! Also, try the teriyaki chicken with rice. Little one ordered the kimbop and devoured it. Which is a win for me! The lady who took our order was attentive but not overly so and friendly even when my husband asked if they had the crunch roll haha! My review has quickly changed on this. Went last night with my husband. Ordered a tea for both of us and asked what items they had. Waitress was confused and said she'd ask the vegan employee what doesn't have gluten in it. She came back less than a minute later to tell me they couldn't tell my anything. I hadn't touched my drink and my husband had half of his. I again said you have nothing for me I've had this before, she said no nobody knows. I ended up leaving after paying $8 for half of an unsweetened tea. I will NEVER eat her again and recommend the same to everyone. read more

We love Korean and one Sunday we happened to be in Fountain. I was looking on Yelp for lunch suggestions and saw there was a Korean spot so we tried it. First thing we noticed about this spot is how nice the ladies were. It's not super common at the Korean spots around Co. Springs. I know we will be remembered next time we go in. The food was fantastic and the servings a little larger than the three other places that we frequent. The bulgogi was tender and delicious. The chapchae was soft and flavorful with bits of bulgogi in it. The lettuce was crisp, fresh romaine. The banchan delicious. We also had the kimchi pancake and the dumplings which were both wonderful. We had an amazing lunch, left stuffed with leftovers. We will make the drive to Fountain next time. read more

We have ordered takeout here over 6 times. All of our meals were excellent. Plenty of food. Original Korean food. Staff is exceptionally friendly. My wife loves the Bulgogi. The food is $$$, We have had Bimibop, ribs and Japchae. All were superb. You can make it their meals spicy or not. Sides come with the meals. My friend was stationed in Korea and couldn't stop going on and on about how authentic this place was. The staff is super friendly and chatted it up with all their customers like old friends, and I can see why they have regulars. He ordered the ramen and it was delicious - balanced seasoning and packed with flavor. My bulgogi was tender and extra tasty- there was so much food that I got two full meals out of it. They give you so many sides with the meat that it's not possible to finish it all. I had my own little Buffett and that made for a fun and interactive dining experience. Enjoyable food. We've come here a handful of time when we come off post into town. Our favorites are the bulgogi, bibimbop, and the ramen with cheese. The Japchae, not a huge fan and less meat in this dish. However the portions on the other are huge and very good quality. read more

Color me Impressed! My husband and I were heading out to dinner and our original destination had gone out of business (We are new to the area), so I was looking to see what was close by and Korean Garden appeared at the top of the list. We were greeted and seated right away. We took sometime to look at the menu and decided on a few items to share. We started with the Yakima Mandu (Dumplings), Spicy Chicken Plate, and a Deluxe Ramen. When the Dumplings came out I had asked if they had some low sodium soy sauce (Salt makes bloated for days), our waitress said they didn't have any bottled but they have a special mix in the back which had less sodium, so she brought that out for us. Glad I asked because that mix was delicious especially with the dumplings. Now for our main dish which was the spicy chicken , it comes with rice and unlimited sides. The dish was delicious, and definitely spicy but I am kind of a puss when it comes to spicy foods but it was tolerable for me and the dish was great especially the sides. I think the vegetable pancakes were my favorite and I definitely got seconds on those. My husband ate most of the Ramen but it was delicious, I really enjoyed the broth. Got take out the other day, it was our first try of Korean Garden and it was worth it! We got an order of chicken teriyaki, beef bulgolgi and ramen. The teriyaki was amazing it wasn't overly sweet like other restaurants. The beef bulgolgi was awesome extremely delicious, my partner order the ramen and the serving was gigantic!! She loved it and was really impressed. I will be back to try More of their menu! All the servings were huge, prices were fair and service was fast and friendly. Great food, great service. We've never eaten in house, but always order to go. The bulgogi is my favorite. The husband likes the spicy chicken and the kids always go with the teriyaki chicken and rice. Yaki Mandu is always a weakness as I am a military brat who grew up with a lot of friends who had Korean moms. It's always interesting to see how different it's made based off of where the people are from. It's pretty good here and I also recommend you grab an order. The lady who use to rock the front desk by herself was one of my favorite people to encounter when picking up our order or some one else's when I do my delivery jobs. We just ate the best meal we've had in weeks on the road. Our kids loved the teriyaki meals, wife got the bulging I kids meal, the pickled veg and fish cakes all disappeared and I ate all but 4-5 grains of rice in my bibimbop. My husband did a pickup order tonight and it was so so good! The food had amazing flavor and portions were plentiful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We typically cook at home and are very picky eating out. We will gladly make this an "eat out spot" (there are very few). We ordered the bibimbop, spicy bulgogi, and yaki Mandu I would recommend all three. Can't wait to eat there again!
